Would give zero if I could. NP abruptly quit. Now they cant refill my medications & I have to go to ER to get more per what a very rude receptionist told my wife. These people dont care about their patients at all.

Im giving 5 stars for the front desk, Mia, and Dan.Aloha is kind of not the most not caring person ever.So.... apparently she quit, disconnected her number, let her DA expire. I cant get my meds now and its the weekend..So now I dont know how Im going to get medication, Im just going without for 3 days now.If youre reading this, aloha. Thanks for never responding ever to any of my texts whenever I had an issue and the very rare cases you did you snapped at me, for not updating me that youre quitting, and for leaving me hanging.I even said to myself, if she hates it that much, why doesnt she just quit? Welp, guess you did. This could start up a huge issue with a lot of unnotified patients.

When I began going here, almost 2 years ago, it seemed unorganized, but the people made you feel welcomed. Ideally, that’s what you want when you are receiving therapy for a variety of difficulties.I had a great experience with a therapist Ranata who genuinely cared and the psych nurse Helena who went above and beyond to help you reach your goals. That is not what the welcoming center is today. They had a massive change for the worse in their practice with a high turn-over rate. The therapists rarely show-up, they have a five minute late policy or bump you out of an appointment that you may have waited weeks or months to get to. This is especially difficult for individuals who are being prescribed anything. The process is very unorganized and unfortunately the climate and culture of this place is terrible. Jolie is genuinely the only person left who makes you feel like someone listens and cares about your well-being and even she seems stressed (note: my own opinion on the functionality of this clinic and not her words). Watching and experiencing the treatment and attitude of the people here is painful. If you go to a place for help and leave feeling worse than you did when you walked in, then that’s a huge indicator that maybe it’s time to move on. Which is what I am doing. I highly recommend looking for a place that really takes the time to help you and better your well-being. Not create additional stressors for you.

I would give 0 stars if possible, but I have to give at least one to leave a review. The nurse practitioner Aloha is reason enough to NEVER visit or recommend anyone that you care about to Lutheran Social Services. The lack of compassion, medication knowledge, understanding of Mental Health Issues OR just plain common sense is NON EXISTENT. Jolly the nurses assistant should find a new career too.If you value your mental health or that of a loved one, STAY AWAY FROM Lutheran Services,. Have filed a complaint with IDPH, and by the Grace of God found an amazing new facility, with caring staff that makes the mental health of my loved one TOP PRIORITY.If you attend Lutheran Social Services, I wish you the best of luck....you are sure going to need it.

I love coming here for therapy my therapist Hannah is great very nice sweet and cute know what she’s doing the only thing I dislike is how Janisse the lady in the front desk every time I go in she’s ask “you gonna pay your 10 dollars ? I know there a co pay but the other woman who I used to see all the time was more nice she ask me how my day and after my therapy I would come pay but it’s just with her she seem to only care that I pay and when I told her if I can pay next week I come in she seem upset like the only one said not a problem I think she needs more training

It should should be called the unwelcoming center... I walked in there and felt like it was a burden for the lady working there to have to help me. I told her I needed some help and she said like what kind of help? i said i need a therapist.. she said oh there is a waiting list for that real snooty like and I said what do I have to do to get help kill myself and the woman said yes and laughed. very unprofessional

This office is staffed by people who can barely speak English, especially those who answer the phones. How are you supposed to work on your problems if the person in front of you doesnt understand your language or your culture.Update: my counselor has been absent from work for months. No replacement assigned, they just tell you to show up and try to tell some bored, indifferent person about your pain. They are typical of fraudulent, incompetent Chicago providers.

Truly terrible. My therapist, Alexis Michaels, doesnt provide therapy. She spends 40 seconds looking at me, doesnt ask any questions, and then she dismisses me. I have to see her before I can see a doctor (EVERY TIME), and the appointments are not on the same day. I live 30 miles away. No one cares. The nurse, Maria, is arrogant, condescending, and doesnt listen. If the staff cant be compassionate, could they at least be professional and do their jobs? I always feel worse after I leave here. They dont help, they hurt.If you can afford something better, please go elsewhere. I wish I could.

Where do I begin .. first off these incompetent people didnt respect my rights according to the HIPA law... another cruel thing they did was,,,they couldnt help me in signing an important paper I needed to continue receiving my Link benefits....alot of lying going in circles from doctor to therapist and myself.....Very displeased and upset!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I have been to an abundance of care facilities for my imbalances. Mia is an angel seriously. Jessica is an inspiration and Idk how I could last the last year with out helania and deidre. This is probably one of the last caring facilities left. Understanding that every diagnosis isnt the same and every patient isnt insane.
