This corporation refuses to do any of their own work. They think that the people paying into them should take the time out of their day to solve the problems that they are employed to fix. I wish my union had picked a more reliable company to represent us.

This is to provide feedback about terrible service with Employee Assistance Program.I asked representative to help me with the search of child speech therapy providers.Via the phone, Bella said that she cannot help me until I present to her prove that my medical insurance will pay for the child therapy.I explained to her that:- It is not a must for me to present to her details of my medical insurance- I need speech therapy for my child anyway even though I do not have an insuranceAfter painful discussion, she agreed to perform a search.As a result of the search, she presented to me contacts of 3 providers. Later I found that this list was not full.According to Bella, none of them worked (that was not true).I asked Bella to call them and Bella refused.Only in 1 week, Bella told that she tried to call them but they are not working.I asked her to expend the search because there is no sense to present providers who do not work.Bella said that I must make all the calls by myself and refused.I asked contact of her supervisor. She refused (did not send me the contact).All the process took unreasonable period of time (3 weeks). Overall, my experience was terrible.In general, employees are absolutely not motivated here to work. They try to get rid of you when you ask to add additional information to the research. I cannot understand why are they paid then. Today (07/12/2018) I asked to perform a research and got a response we cannot guarantee to you anything. Terrible.On 07/13/2018, their representatives told me that the maximum number of search results they can present to me is 5. That makes no sense because I can do the same in 2 minutes by opening the Google Maps.

Do not get in a rush when you call... Ive now been on hold for 20 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable. What a disgraceful company.
