I would highly recommend Loft Lucia to any friends and family. My wife and I could not be happier with our decision to host our wedding here. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, and the team are a pleasure to work with. They have almost everything you might need from tables and chairs to candles and lighting.

Beautiful indoor/outdoor venue in the West Loop. Included tables, chairs, and furniture decorate the space well. The space allows for weddings from simple to excessive. They do not allow for any rehearsal prior to the event. The venue team seem to function best in weddings involving an event planner.

I had my wedding welcome dinner/lady sangeet here on a Friday prior to the Saturday ceremony. The location is very cute and perfect. The mix of indoor and outdoor patio space is wonderful. We were not looking to spend a lot of money since this was the secondary event for our wedding. What is so great about Loft Lucia is that the tables, furniture, and candles are all included. The place is so well decorated on its own that we only had to bring a few pieces from home. We did not feel the need to pay decorators to bring in items.

Went to a wedding here Saturday, the food was the best I’ve had, service impeccable, location and atmosphere spectacular. They deserve a 10 star rating! Don

My husband and I first toured Loft Lucia March of 2018 while we were looking for a wedding venue. As soon as I walked in the space took my breath away and I knew I wanted to book it for our Fall 2019 wedding. There was a little bit of lag time getting the contracts in order but it was understandable because it was a new business. Once it was time to do our final walk through late August 2019 I appreciated how professional, welcoming and accommodating Celia was to work with. We had planned to use the rooftop for our ceremony but our wedding day turned out to be a rainy day so we had to use our Plan B and the space turned out so LOVELY with our little details. The ceremony on the main floor made it so cozy, romantic and intimate more so than I could have ever dreamed of. The staff was great to work with not to mention the furniture inventory of the venue - it allows for so much creativity/beauty. It was the perfect venue for our celebration!!

We held our wedding at Loft Lucia in June 2019 and it was an incredible night. The venue was gorgeous in the summer, and our rooftop ceremony + cocktail hour were perfect. The guests raved about the unique venue and outdoor terrace claiming it was the coolest venue theyve ever attended a wedding at. Would recommend Loft Lucia to anyone and everyone for whatever the event may be - Celia and Rebecca were easy to work with so do yourself a favor and book your event with Loft Lucia today.

Loft Lucia is a beautiful venue. IT was perfectly suited for our holiday event. Our guests all loved the unique, well appointed space. The staff was professional and responded promptly to our requests. Its a fabulous space for a special event and I highly recommend it.

Our wedding at Loft Lucia could not have been better. Of the 5 venues we were looking at, Loft Lucia was both the least expensive and the best looking. All the furniture we needed for our cocktail style reception was provided by the venue -- chairs, highboys, tables, couches, those large candle lamps -- saving us thousands of dollars. Rebecca and Celia were wonderfully involved in the months leading up, giving great suggestions, even offering a few opinions on vendors and just over all working to make sure our wedding was everything we wanted. Our venue coordinator Celia did an amazing job, helping us load in and get everything set up on the day of, and because of the surprise Chicago weather (55 degrees in the middle of February) we were able to last minute open up the patio space, which Celia helped fill with chairs and tables hours before the event. The space was so beautiful, the cost was affordable, and the staff were beyond helpful. I cannot recommend Loft Lucia enough, it was perfect for our wedding.

Great place if you want a small wedding (good for less than 100 people, and ideal for less than 50 people). Reasonable price since its in West Loop. The only con is that the rooftop view is a bit mediocre.

Beautiful space but Rebecca(i think that was her name..she never even introduced herself to us) acted like we were wasting her time. She wasnt able to answer a lot of our questions about typical reception details.. We have been touring wedding venues and this by far was the worst tour mostly because of her.Ended up being a waste of our time. First impressions are important especially when planning your dream wedding.

This is a beautiful venue in the West Loop. Gorgeous loft with incredible terrace, huge windows, and natural light in a great location. Our company conference was exceptional thanks to the overall available space, setting arrangement, and attention to detail. We started the evening with coffee and cocktails on the 4th floor, followed by a presentation with audio and video on the third floor. Special guest presenters were able to use their wireless mics and sound system for music. Fantastic place with helpful staff which helped us organize the evening with great success. I’ll be back and referring more people your way. Thank so much!

Loft Lucia is an amazing venue for a wedding, event or any get together! Its location in the West Loop is ideal for any guest that is staying in the city or in the surrounding area and the venue itself has everything you need! The event space is gorgeous and I loved being able to utilize the outside patio. I would highly recommend looking into this venue to host your event!

I recently had my wedding reception at Loft Lucia and it was absolutely magical. The entire team was so helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that the room was exactly as I imagined. Their space is the perfect mix of urban and intimate - its edgy, but warm and cozy at the same time. They have amazing furniture and decor that you can use as part of your rental package, including what seems like 100s of Restoration Hardware lanterns, making your wedding vibe 100x cozier (perfect for a January wedding)! If you are planning a smaller wedding in Chicago, I highly recommend you look at Loft Lucia!

My husband and I got married here in May. The space was gorgeous! They staff was lovely and also very accommodating/helpful when we waited until the very last minute for the skies to clear allowing us to get married on the rooftop as planned. I would absolutely recommend this space for any type of event. Our guests are still raving about how great the space was.

My wedding was June 23 2019 and this venue was perfect. It is the best space for a great price. The staff are very helpful and professional and everything turned out amazing. If you are looks for a beautiful loft for your wedding I would recommend loft Lucia for sure.

We used Loft Lucia as a meeting space for our 3 day, company wide conference and had the best experience! The space itself was beautiful and comfortably held all 75 of us for lunches, dinners, speakers, and small group sessions. The staff was very helpful in getting everything set up for us and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be keeping Loft Lucia in mind for future events!!

Wonderful atmosphere! The outside loft area is amazing with a great view of the city life below. The staff were all prompt and courteous. Its a perfect venue for any party!

Im a planner and had the great opportunity to work with Celia and Becca at Loft Lucia. Ive worked in a lot of venues and they were around all evening to help with venue specific questions, help with furniture and layout questions and even help take out the trash at the end of the night (which is not their job!). I would be delighted to work at Loft Lucia again. Its a great venue with a great team!

Loft Lucia made our office event welcoming and fun from our first contact with them. Our company was short on lead time in planning the date but Celia found a way to make it work and then continued to prioritize our requests. We are looking forward to our next event there.

Great venue! It is outdoors so be aware of the weather. Limited parking so make sure all your guests take an uber. Its also upstairs. You walk into almost an empty room and take an elevator up. Recommend looking on social media check ins and see the post, it is great scenery.

We wanted our wedding held here but... The service here is awful. Rebecca does not care whether you choose their venue or not. She was on her phone the entire time she showed us the space, she didn’t give us examples or ideas about how to lay out the space we had to ask. It takes her two days to reply to an email and we lost out on the date we wanted because she ignored the fact I asked for a contract request form. I wouldn’t want to spend money on a venue that does not even care about your plans or your wedding. We never talked on the phone.She responded below to this review faster than she ever did to an email... no I won’t be holding anything here.

A beautiful space! We hosted our son and new daughter in law’s rehearsal dinner there last weekend and I couldn’t have been more perfect! Thank you to Celia and Rebecca for all of their help, support, and guidance during the whole planning period. The night went off without a hitch. We got to set back and enjoy!

Loft Lucia was the perfect venue for our Chicago Concierge Event. We loved how spacious it was, and the staff were all incredibly helpful and accomodating. The beauty of Loft Lucia is that its such a gorgeous blank canvas that doesnt require much styling, but it gives you the option to style it however you like.

Amazing venue for wedding.Could not be happier with how everything turned out at Loft Lucia.Weather allowed us to use the upstairs patio, which gave enough space for people to mingle in a more quiet area, while giving kids a place to play.Venue is brand new and is essentially a blank canvas for your wedding. (Even undecorated, the space is very impressive, with state-art kitchen for the catering team and bars on both levels.)Celia and Becca are very easy to work with and do their best to accomodate the crowd and event line up.Our guests had an absolute ball and loved the space.Perfect for a more casual wedding or reception, although could easily work for a more formal wedding.Minimal street parking, so Id recommend guests taking a taxi or uber.

Venue was perfect..food amazing and very friendly and competent staff

While it is a beautiful space, the owners are very misleading and difficult to talk to. Since there is little information currently available online, we made sure to ask for clarifications with one of the owners, Jason, when we toured the space for our wedding, and got answers to questions about the end time, the possibility of holding a rehearsal, etc. When we received the contact and the terms were different, the other owner, Raphaela, told us that what Jason said on the tour wasnt their policy at all, with significant negative impacts on the cost and ability to use the space. The contract also lacked any mention of included items like furniture and had several typos - mention of attachments that didnt exist, accidentally saying no decorations were allowed - and when we asked if this could be corrected, we were told only Jason could approve an edited contract. After being told for six weeks that Jason would get to us soon, we were informed that despite being aware of the mistakes, as other couples were also asking for those edits, we could sign the existing contract or give up the space. Combined with the inexperience of the Loft Lucia team, we did not feel we could trust our wedding to run smoothly in the space and looked elsewhere. I would perhaps consider Loft Lucia for a low-stakes gathering, but would highly recommend avoiding it for something as important as a wedding.

I loved working with Rebecca and Celia! They went above and beyond to ensure my wedding was a success. We had a tight budget and they really stepped up to help us make this DIY wedding a success.

Hosted my sons grad party at Loft Lucia the experience was amazing 100% satisfiedguests were absolutely stunned with this modernLoft couldn’t have picked a better venue not to mention Celia who is always on top of things always finding a way to satisfy your ideas!!!

We used this space for our wedding (115 guest count) and the space itself was beautiful, perfect, and flexible with its indoor and outdoor options and great furniture. Unfortunately, they are clearly a young company and their staff leaves a lot to be desired. Celia is very helpful and relatively flexible in working with us in planning our event. Rebecca was just awful to work with. Rude, inattentive, very late in responding to emails, and when she was there for our ceremony rehearsal, she was constantly making it clear how inconvenienced she was by our presence. Even my caterer and day of coordinator were shocked by her attitude. I informed Celia of my concerns about Rebecca but she ignored my concerns. The day before the wedding during the ceremony rehearsal (which they initially would not allow us to do, by the way), they informed us that we were not allowed to tap into their sound system. This was in complete contrast with everything theyd told us to that point in the YEAR that wed been working together, including what was in our contract. Its a great space but I cant recommend it in good conscious because Im positive you will have the same frustrating experience I had.

We got married here in October and while there were a few bumps in the beginning as they were getting off the ground (like hiring an event staff, etc.)-- this was the best venue! Rebecca and Celia were fantastic to work with leading up to the event answering all of my questions and guiding me through the decision making process. We wanted to do a DIY wedding with our own vendors and personality-- and Rebecca and Celia helped make that a reality. Furthermore, we threw Rebecca a last minute curveball during the event by asking her to run the sound system with my overly engineered playlists and she did it wonderfully. While I never ever plan on getting married again, I definitely do anticipate using this venue again for parties, fundraisers, or company outings. Thanks so much!!!
