I held a martial arts seminar here in 2014, and can recommend the facility and instructor highly. There is plenty of equipment for a wide variety of training, and safety gear for the newbies.They have different arts on the curriculum, so there may be something to suit your taste. It also offers wellness classes and massage therapy for those in need of treatment for tension and some sports injuries. I again recommend the facility highly for the quality of their treatment.The kids classes were great, I loved the attentiveness of the instructor, who is a wonderful man and passionate about his work.
