Booked a load with Coyote at 1pm driver arrived at 1:49pm. Was not told 2pm was the cutoff for loading at the receiver. The receiver refused to load us and coyote refused to give us a Truck order not used. We even sent over the driver logs that showed he was onsite at 1:49pm. They told us that was unacceptable. Hmmmmm🤔🤔

This company has the perfect name, it describes what there all about a Coyote, a scavenger, stay away from them. did a load them they setup a appointment for a Saturday when receiver was close on weekends. 2 days layover 300 dollars. lost 2400 dollars load them weekend because of Zack one of coyotes incompetent brokers. stay away avoid at all cost!!

Just in 5 days twice i had to cancel my next loads that i was planning to pick after coyote load. So far Twice there customer at #John Morrell foods made mistake either by sending wrong product or missing required papers and we were stuck at delivery for 6 hour the first time and 9 hour PLUS (our truck is still waiting to unload). We still did not get paid any detention for first time even we had to cancel our upcoming load. I have no hope we well be compensated . We have been advised to not turn reefer off and maintain the temperature . Glad this is our last load with this company.

Marko Matviychuk is the best rep i ever worked with at Coyote, I had an after hours issue where noone was helpful but Marko came to work at 8pm and he figured everything out for me, I was stuck at reciever and within an hour Marko had me going, the best part is him going above and beyond his job to come in and take cars of me. 10/10

As a carrier that dealt with this company for years I must say they are not responsible and could care less. Detention would take more then a month to see after you done a great job meeting the expectation of picking up and delivering the load .These brokers expect you to re deliver the refused product for free, lol. Dont work that way

Talked with Gus Campos to book a load kept me waiting 2 hours to get the rate confirmation called 5 times to find out any update but no answe then after 2 hours I find out he have someone else on that load. One of the worst brokers I dealt with.

Around 20 detention pending to be pay some of them from a year ago. What they answer “Waiting on approval”. Other detention were denied because detention “has to be an hour or more so it can be pay”. How? If I was paid before for 15 to 30 minutes of detention.

Booked a load with Chandler Breedlove at 3 p.m. Came to pick up the load and found out its gone and they dont have it. I called Chandler he said he will figure it out and call me back. I waited until 6 p.m. and then heard that he left home. Of course he stopped responding to me and turned on the ignoring mode. He was hanging out the phone on me and didnt want to pay truck order not used. Never again doing business with you.

Called about a load and was hung up on instantly. After reading the reviews Im glad we didnt get to book a load with them.1 star. I agree with the other guys comments. Just a bunch of Yellow Hammer Jack Legs.

Telemarketers have more phone etiquette than a great percentage of your agents. Who, in a business environment answers the phone by saying howdy? And then hangs up when asked to provide a name? Totally unsatisfactory. I realize Im a nobody to you.but there are a large amount of small business owners, such as myself. Absolutely worst brokerage weve ever dealt with. Load was loaded on rotten pallets. After going 70 miles, pallets smashed under the weight. Load shifted. Cody me over 500.00 to get it to be able to return to Milford Utah. They unloaded it and made driver get back in line. Unacceptable behavior. It also cost 2 days of revenue for the truck. Ultimately we just left and found better loads and better companies to work with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

When problems arise, and they do oftentimes, concerning pick-up and delivery of loads, it takes Coyote staff hours and even days to resolve the issues. Coyote Logistics should streamline their operation. In other words “too many cooks in the kitchen spoil the soup”.

Unbelievably disappointed with this company. I hired them to move a 300lb commercial cash drop safe. They accepted and could pick up within 24 hours. I was impressed. Then I get an email confirming the wrong pickup address. I replied with the correct pick up address. Then the morning of, I get an email canceling my shipment because they dont ship used safes. When I ask them to be more specific they tell me they are not insured to ship household goods. I sent them a picture of the safe and explained that this was in no way a household good and they were not hearing it. Then I get a call from my PO Box, the wrong address, that the truck was there to pick up my pallet. I had to call the driver and explain the situation. If he had arrived at the correct address, the driver would have successfully picked up an item that the carrier was refusing to ship. I dont know what would have happened then. This was a logistical mess and I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

All my team highly recommend Chris Johnson in this company. This person is outstanding broker. We did plenty of loads with him and never had any issues. Our company will continue doing our best for Coyote!

Coyote Logistics has the WORST bookkeeping practices in the world! I used them 5 times. I would pay using the quote because each time it took them 2 to 3 weeks to issue an invoice and another 2 to 3 weeks to post my check. 3 of the 5 times my check cleared on or before the day they invoiced.It is now 6 months later and they are calling me asking for payment on a bill that I asked them why the check hadnt posted..... 6 months ago.#Incompetent

Absolute worst in the industry a father son local run freight broker is more ethic and proffessional. All their loads are quadruple brokered before it is offered to you and they already have such a bad name there is no way turning this back for them. Just stay away from these guys absolute nighmare

Coyote is no longer a good broker, such a big company with such a idiots brokers that don’t know how to do business with carriers!! Dear carriers be aware that Coyote can give you a load and after arriving at the pick up they can cancel it and pay funny money that doesn’t cover even fuel used! If you are taking a load with them just wait for an hour before you start rolling to the pick up because it happened many times when they canceled loads without any explanations and not paying the TONU !

Load 18892930 Coyote changed my delivery time and location TWICE and did not call me either time. I lost two different loads because of their failure to communicate with me the driver. How can they expect to be a broker when they don’t even call the driver to advise of the changes? Then they tell me they can only pay $250 for layover? Do they think my time, the truck and reefer trailer fuel is cheap in California? I have literally lost thousands of dollars in lost revenue. I personally will be reluctant to do business with them. They did call me and apologize.

When you call you get transferred several times and by time you do talk to someone the load is gone. Dont let them assign you to a driver manager, he is never there!

Would give ZERO STARS. But i can. “Scheduled 7am appointment” and confirmed a 9am appointment to shipper. Been here since 5am. Have so many words i cant post of how furious i am now that wouldnt be nice. Overall smh horrible business.

Watch out this company creates fake reviews about companies they never worked with we are in a legal case since they created fake report even though we never done any business with them stay away since they have number of reports at DAT load board about setting the carriers up and then once the carrier lose days on their loads they dont pay layover or dont even pick up the phone ever to discuss why they lied even when everything goes through the mail .

Worked with them couple of years ago it was a great company, not to long ago they changed their upper level management and that is when everything when to hell. Brokers do not care about carriers , they will say anything in order for you to accept the load, and after, will try to snake themselves out of the situation by blaming the carrier. Try to avoid Coyote.there are some good broker there. maybe one or two ))

Horrible company Ive been hung up on 5 times trying to get their Accounting Email or Phone Number. They really need to work on customer service! Hopefully this hurts them a bit and makes them realise they need to improve on this matter.

Our experiences with our rep are great. He does what he can with limited power to take care of us. Coyotes customer reps need some major improvement. If you are going to book loads for major customers which pick and deliver on weekends, a company so large should have at least one rep available to deal with scheduling and load problems. 24/7 is advertised, but the people who you are stuck talking to are clueless and rude 99% of the time. They never call back, email or follow through. I have learned they do not even enter notes at times so it will cost you detention because it is not showing as being reported. Do NOT deal with Kelloggs or Amazon loads on weekends as if there are issues or your appointment time was never confirmed, you will sit until midday Monday when the customer rep finally shows and sees the issues from the weekend.

People at this brokerage firm are very rude, hanging up the phone on your face. This is not how you conduct a business! Managers please train your employees to be more respectful

Hello, we try to get setup with Coyote but Michael Lattner refused to get us setup and hang up the phone when we try to follow up on Affiliation Disclosure, that we have no other MC# and only run one company Leadway. Our company is very disappointed with Micheal Lattner and Coyote mis matching our company with other trucking companies and getting no help. You would think Coyote will be better company after acquisition from UPS but they just got worst.

If theres layover or detention pay coyote will lie to you and tell you they will pay you layover pay but after you finally make your delivery they will not pay you layover or if they tell you they will pay you the full amount of detention pay they will not. Thanks wes furrin

Sent us unsolicited sales materials in the mail that included an illegible hand written note and a free promotional pen. They only put 48 cents worth of postage on it and I had a postage due for my mail carrier of $2.06!! I had to pay to receive junk mail from them!! Definitely wont ever do business with someone who cant even mail a letter properly let alone be a logistics carrier for our products!

Got good loads in the beginning. But will hold your money if they get a chance. Once you send paperwork in call to make sure they get it.get the name of who you talk too.if you dont have extra charges in writing you wont get it

I was dispatched on a coyote load. picking up in Illinois and going to Iowa. My appt time was 11am I arrived at 1110 am. yes 10 minutes late but coyote knew why. Ie my truck was In the shop. I got into a door at the shipper at 11:10 am and i was not released until 730pm that night. made it to my destination at 1145pm with only 5 minutes left on my clock for a 430am appt the next Saturday morning appt. i was in constant contact with my dispatch and coyote dispatch. could not get another appt until the following Monday. missed 2 loads and coyote refused detention time. DO NOT PULL FOR COYOTE!!!!!!!!

Worked with Nate Shinider the guy gave me 10 times wrong pick up number after coming to the guard check the guard told me to get the F**k off the property he got no time to wait there’s other trucks to take care of it and was with Nate on the phone he laughed about it and after I told him I’m not picking up the load i don’t care about this load he went and did a nasty report on my company after trying to book a load 2 months later they said my company on probation been trying to call since August and now it’s December no reply’s no mangager call back or when u ask to speak to a manager they say hold out u on 30 minutes hold and then hang up they don’t say there names when they pick up the phone and ask u for ur mc right away use to be great company when Max was around and now HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL RUDE NO PROFFECIONAL KNOLEDGE HOW TO DEAL WITH SITUATION UNDERTRAIN DOGS WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE
