As laundromats go, it is the cleanest laundromat I think I have ever used. The workers are consistently wiping things down. One day we decided to use the drop off service and we have never stopped. The ladies fold our clothes so meticulously. And the cost of the drop off is very reasonable!

Clean facility with newer looking machines. Staff was helpful! Parking is a little tight, but its a great place!

I don’t know if this place is changed owners or what but the quality of the service has definitely went downhill the machines aren’t even marked properly when they’re not working properly so you end up wasting your money time and soap having to put your laundry in the machine is broken and not marked and then having to pull it back out the health doesn’t even speak a lick of English so you can’t even get them to help you only by using hand signals and gestures probably won’t be coming back here to do my laundry anymore Also the staff does not know how to keep it clean properly

Brought in bag and was told they didnt take cash, only debit. For some reason she said pay on pick up. I came to pick up and was told cash or laundry card fromMachines on the wall. Order was 9.00, but was forced to pay 10.00 for the card. I wont be back.😆😆🥂🎩

Small laundromat with big washers and lots of dryers

I use them a lot but don’t leave you detergent if they suggest it. I left my SIXTY FOUR LOAD bottle, did three drop off now they saying it’s gone!? Like no tiene sentido para mi!

Only use the laundromat for large blankets or when my machine is down. With that said, I think this place is always clean. Only drawback, laundromats are so expensive.

The laundry room in my building is closed for renovations so I needed to find a laundry mat. Went to a few closer to me and walked right back out. .Read reviews and decided to try Bridgeport Express. Best laundry mat I ever visited. Its my go to until my laundry re opens. Very Clean and , staff is helpful. Everything still new and working great .. Just a bit pricey but I dont mind.

Laundry service in my building was closed, so Ive become a frequent flyer here. This used to be Aberdeen laundry mat. They have giant washers that will hold up to 8 loads, so I can get all my laundry thats built up for about $10. Everything is electronic, you get a card from the machine once you add money and can continue to add funds in same place...no more worrying about quarters. Staff is friendly and its super clean inside. Nice laundry mat overall.

Open until 12 I believe every day. Use a card system so you put cash or card funds on wash card and use that. Usually not that busy and have diff. Size machines that vary in price from ~3$-~6$ dryers are 38cents for 12mins. You get points for using facility and most of them are kept fairly clean. Also have a little parking lot which is a bono.

I’ve been coming here for the past 6+ months. I’ve done my own laundry and now mostly do the drop off service. LOVE IT!!! Prices are reasonable and competitive with plenty of other places I’ve tried. They do a wonderful job with the drop of service and it’s really worth every penny with the time I personally save. I honestly probably spend the same amount if I go here to do my own - especially with a kid in tow who wants endless vending machine snacks (Lol!). VERY clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. After shopping lots of laundromats - this is the best and hands down my go to.

Ever heard of an upscale laundry mat? Here you go. Be aware you have to buy a laundry card and you will always have change left over on your card but the vending machine takes your card

Great place, especially for someone like me who lets the laundry get so piled up that doing it at home without commerical size appliances is a 10-hour ordeal without some.Guy who runs it isn’t just a leader in that business but effortlessly comes across as a community/Neighborhood figure, adds to the great social atmosphere of the Bridgeport area as a whole and frankly that’s my favorite part of living here.Very modern, clean, whole operation’s got a sleek feel to it, which is good because the only other competing laundromats for miles are, ugh just so depressing.Yeah, I realize I’m going to a laundromat for laundry it’s not a vacation resort, but this is the only business of its type in the area that WON’T make you feel like you might spontaneously lie down on the floor and die of despair after spending 15 minutes there.5 stars, highly recommend.

People leave their laundry in the wash machines and driers and leave sometimes it difficult to wash and dry but its very well kept clean employees are great should be a policy about unattended laundry

Very welcoming staff, however, since I’ve last been here there have been some changes. I can no longer pre-rinse my clothes, I have to pay for it and the bonus money has decreased. It can get pretty crowded, I sometimes have to wait for dryers and a table. Parking space is limited. Sometimes it’s not really busy inside and you still can’t find parking. I come back because it’s newer than most neighborhood laundromats and it’s close to home.

Always clean, open late, and affordable, too. Not to mention the complementary coffee for customers! Only downside Ive experienced is a cart shortage on busier days (like Sunday), which can be a bit on an inconvenience. Overall, I find it to be my favorite laundromat in the neighborhood.UPDATE 12/2019: Still clean, but theres been an annoying trend over the past few months of people putting dibs on carts and folding tables they arent using. There arent a lot of either, and there have been times when I couldnt take my laundry out of the washer because people were keeping coats and hampers in carts they dont need at the moment.

It opens at 5:30 a.m ...it closes at midnight !..last wash is at 10pm...there are so many washing machines and dryers that I never had to wait . plus everytyme you use your laundry card..you accumulate points . bonus , at 500 points you get $5 back into your card .

I already preferred going here since its close to my apartment, and I was sad when it burned down. Since rebuilding this is by far the best laundromat Im aware of in Bridgeport. Everything now runs on an electronic card system. You can load it with cash or credit card. They have a rewards system for frequent customers and they give you bonus cash on your laundry card if you load it with cash rather than a credit card. They also have WiFi (that actually works quite well.) Workers are friendly and helpful.

Clean. A pretty newer place so the equipment is still in good condition. I like that theres a parking lot, although not very big so you can park on the street as well. I dont understand why the lights are so dim though.

Staff is helpful, place is quiet and the machines are brand new.Prior to this opening there were only a couple pretty rundown places in BP to wash at. This places dispenses laundry cards which is super helpful because who even carries cash any more?My qualm is drying. It’s free at probably every other laundromat in the city. Except this one. .48 for 12 minutes is robbery in my opinion. It takes at least two cycles to dry clothes so it’s frustrating to have to pay a buck extra per load to dry. Not a huge deal but an easy enough fix. Hopefully the management reads these reviews and takes heed.UPDATEIt’s pretty sad and unfortunate when a business owner chooses to respond to feedback with sarcasm rather than tact and respect. This is why people do go to other places and why I stopped coming altogether.Was it so hard to comment politely or is sarcasm the only thing you understand? It’s a laundromat.XL dryers? Not sure if the owners ever stepped foot into a “competitor’s” facility but literally every location has them and they’re free. Hell, Bubbleland has dryers twice as big as the XL here and again, free. In regard to “building the dry price into the wash” not sure how that’s plausible given the “competition” is cheaper to wash including a free dry. I digress.Is the laundry game that deep? Is there real competitions between laundromats? I better rethink my career path at this point and get into the XL dryer game. Clearly, I’m missing out!

I did a extensive research on laundromats within a 5 mile radius of the South Loop (we have none in the neighborhood) that had free parking, newer machines, very clean, etc. I found Bridgeport Express after finding that many were old, dirty, expensive and had no parking!I cannot say enough about this place meticulously clean, new machines, newer facility, free WiFi, flat screen TV’s, reasonably priced, free parking in the lot, etc. and the women working there were very friendly (I went on a Monday early afternoon so it was nice and quiet it got busy after 5pm) I am sure if you go on a weekend it’s much busier! Glad I found a place to go when I need to😊
