We lost our car key and needed a new one ASAP. We called and were quoted $200. It was the least expensive out of the places we called and the location is very convenient so we went with it. They did an excellent job and had a new key programmed quickly. The only reason I deducted 1 star is because at the end, they charged us $250 even though we were quoted $200 the day before. Other than that, I recommend them and am happy with my experience.

I came in with what I thought was a broken FOB, turns out the owner there (I think) tested it opened it up made a small adjustment and went out to my car tested it again, and it was good! He didnt even charge me!! Honesty and Neighborly service like before, couldnt thank them enough, if I would have had to replace I was looking at over $220!! Thanks again!

Yet again quick easy service. Prices are fair and customer service was great. Today my remote wasn’t working and they swapped out the batter, charged me 5$ and was out within 3 minutes.

They came and reprogrammed my daughter’s key May 1st and today her key does not register. I called the man in charge he told her some things to do to see if it would work and it didn’t. He said call him back and now he is ignoring our calls. I will never use their services again. This is so unprofessional to not even answer i calls.I had to call a new locksmith smh.👎🏻

Horrible customer experience. Never again. Do not recommend. My husband bought a used key and a couple of days the battery died. And also expensive for a used key and the man couldn’t even program the other remote starter that my husband had already. He was either lazy or just didn’t want to do his job. Just overall horrible just a rip off.

Needed a key made for my Mercedes and these guys were able to make a new key with programming at a reasonable price and it was same day service. The staff was friendly and professional. I got home and tried the key and everything works without issues.

Went to this place 3 times in one day they said they had the key buy i waited never came i wish they wouldnt of wasted my time. They are very slow and not very knowledgeable of what they are doing i guess that its true good quality jobs cost money im visiting the dealership at least i know i will be serviced promptly and accurately.
