I have had the pleasure to work with Midway Building Services for more than 8 years. Their business disciplines are cleaning, sanitizing, flooring, restoration to name some. I have worked with them endlessly when my 18 story building suffered a major water leak a few years ago. The temperatures in Chicago dropped way down and pipes froze. Midway Restoration came to my rescue and helped me put my building back together which had 8 floors of water damage. Many of my peers in Chicago had the same incidents and no luck getting someone out quickly to help restore the building. Additionally, the cleaning section of Midway Building Services goes well beyond what I have experienced with many major cleaning companies. Other companies short change the owner and dont provide what they promise. With Midway - they are hands on from the start . They have skin in the game and claim a building with regard like a manager. They are responsible, curtious, well versed in issues of all kinds and solve even the toughest cleaning issues --timely and cost effectively. My team at my building is like my family. The leadership of Midway is hands on to all properties - they dont sit in their offices and answer emails - they are out in the field - looking at the properties - meeting with managers and making recommendations as needed. Believe me, they have seen many things I overlook and they take care of it on the spot. I am grateful to have such a wonderful business partner that can offer so many disciplines when I need them.I have recommended Midway Building Services to many of the downtown Chicago buildings and also DesMoine Iowa as well, I will continue to spread the word that Midway Building Services is the company you want to hire to clean, do flooring and be there if you need water /fire restoration.
