Parking is in the back so dont stress about street parking. Also, dont turn into the autobody shop, you have to make the right at the light off North. But great staff, easy in and out and very helpful.

From Comcast Chief customer experience office (made up role)- “As a Comcast customer, you are priority number one. We have a dedicated team of employees across the country working hard every day to make sure we deliver the superior experience you deserve. We are here for you.” - This is exactly OPPOSITE of what we, at least I, feel as customers.Last week my internet goes out randomly during a large meeting I was hosting. While looking at the Comcast outages map, there shouldn’t be any issues. But hearing someone outside, I find a Comcast tech, on a ladder and with the cable box open. I asked what he’s doing, with the only reply “I’m with Comcast”. Um ok... I didn’t ask for a visit or was contacted from Comcast about a appt.After having to explain what happened to my bosses and clients, I’m already not happy. Fast forward 2 days later and I get an email saying my at 90% of my usage (note: it’s the 17th of the month). “Huh?” I thought and went to look at my paper work to see what that means. Of course there is zero mention of data overage. And looking more into it I’m going to be charged $100 more from now on, just on “overage”.I first tried calling ... we’ve all been there... robots, limited responses, and zero humans. After 3 hours of trying to talk to a real person, I went to this office.Explaining the situation to the person at the Comcast store, their response was “we don’t know nottin about that here... but you can upgrade”. I would have rather been slapped in the face, because it would have had some meaning behind it. They were unhelpful and cold to helping me out. Afraid I was going to drop to their level of professionalism and say what I really thought, I had to leave. I tried calling customer service again and after 45 mins of prompts, I got a real human being. Again, they couldn’t answer I my questions but actually tried. I was then transferred to the Philippines where the connection was full of static and the poor person on the other end, was trying very hard but could barely speak English. They then said they were transferring me and hung up on me (4th time I was hung up on that day).So Comcast has contracts with the city and agreements with other ISP to not compete with each other.... which means we get what we get and they get our money, no way around it.Comcast customer service?! How can you use this term? I get treated better from the homeless in the city that have nothing. What’s your excuse Comcast?

I walked in to the store and only 1 person was working. I waited for 20 minutes to simply return my cable equipment. I was told to help myself to coffee and make myself comfortable. No coffee or cups stocked. No offer to connect to wifi as I waited. Ridiculous that it takes this long to return equipment and at the very least be better hosts as I wait...

Long day as things were not going well. The transfer of data from my old android to my new iPhone never could get going and authentication of iPhone took us going to an Apple store and having to go to apple second level tech and finally their engineers to resolve the keychain issues. So why a high rating? Because the staff was friendly and diligent and helpful throughout the afternoon. They tried everything and everybody to get us going.

Just had Studio Xfinity set up at my apartment. Unlike some OTHER internet providers, Steve showed up a few minutes early, was friendly, professional and very quick. The whole set up took less than 10 minutes. Im up and running and very happy.

I was amazed at the design and that WOW feeling as I walked inside. Invitingly comfortable. The color palette wasn’t loud or boring. I loved it. The experience of the associates made me feel like I was getting Top of the Line service.

I’ve been to 6 xfinity stores within 2 weeks trying to find a decent phone to upgrade my line as an authorized user on a joint account 3 out of the 6 locations were going to let me purchase the phone in store, but they did not have a great selection of devices. This incompetent location did not allow me to purchase in store because the main account holder was not there in person. The young African American man real skinny, short with glasses and dreads only at the top constantly apologizing for the incompetent forever changing rules of this trash company did not help. I hope this trash company goes out of business.

I always had a nice experience at this location. I highly recommend going here to solve your issues vs calling Xfinity. My last visit, Tahirah was very helpful. She gave me the right equipment that I was able to install without any problem. Thank you Tahirah.

Terrible customer service. Employees are combative, argumentative and dont listen to or address the customers needs. I am the president of my condo association and we just signed a new five-year contract for the building with Comcast. Because of the service from employees like Cashier DME, I can assure you in another five years we will make a different decision. Hire competent people and train them to understand the basic principles of interacting with clients.

What a pleasant surprise! No lines, doesnt stink and I didnt get hassled. Its their flagship store and an absolute winner so dont freak out. Use this instead of any other store. And yes, you can pick up and/or exchange your Xfinity boxes here.

Went in Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly greeted by two employees. The place was basically empty and they addressed an equipment swap immediately then upgraded hardware as well. I was quite surprised at level of pleasantness of the whole experience.

Definitely the place to go! Is worth the drive and or the train trip. Mike was very helpful and concerned about my issues. Will never go to any other store in the Chicago area. Xfinity studio is officially my favorite store.

I was returning my cable box so I didnt have a lot of time in here but the location was setup very classy and modern. It looked like somewhere youd want to stay for awhile. The employee was friendly, greeted me right away, and processed my return quickly. Also offered me a free coffee.

Why dont stores that sell technical products hire people with technical knowledge, or at least train them? We came in to upgrade two iPhones and spent over three hours transferring data, restarting phones, troubleshooting software glitches and left with phones missing contacts, texts, notes, and emails. The expert staff offered troubleshooting chestnuts like mine usually works when I do it this way, and that should work. Super helpful, I mean hopeful advice.

Wed read reviews about having a difficult time getting competent and consistent customer service, and thats what weve run into.We were told the store would deliver our modem, but their promised delivery date came and went, so we spoke with a representative. He said it would then come in the next 24-28 hours; still didnt come, so we spoke with another representative. She said if we wanted to be sure wed receive it, we should just go into the store and pick it up ourselves. Fine. Went into the store and spoke with a fellow - I dont think he intended to be condescending but he certainly sounded so to me - who sent me away empty-handed and said to come back with more verification of my identity (after seeing my license, my confirmation of buying the modem online, Xfinity account number, etc). So I came back in with every form of ID I could think of, and spoke to Latesha about picking up the modem. Before she would give it to me, she asked what I was paying for our streaming services and said Well I need you to find that out for me; turns out she was trying to sell me theirs instead. I told her I just wanted to get the modem and go, since we were now a month into trying to receive it after paying for it.I must say, when we ran into some problems setting up our Wi-Fi, Lupe was extraordinarily helpful. She answered our questions thoroughly, and offered multiple solutions in case any of them failed. She was kind and helpful and we used her advice to get our Wi-Fi up and running.Heres hoping that means we never have to go into this building again.

Switched from AT&T to XFINITY Internet and Phone. Walked into the STUDIO(there is another Comcast a few blocks away) and I was amazed at how quickly and professionally my setup was handled. RENA guided me thru all necessary steps, gave me my equipment and sent me on my way. I had to get an installer out as I only had one cable connection but RENA kept checking my schedule and updated the installer so it went seamless. AWESOME EXPERIENCE

Impossible to talk with! The worst customer service! I called them multiple times, each time they promised me they will solve the problem, that never happened! I had to cancel the service and they charged me 100 $ + 60$ technician fee! You don’t want to deal with those people! Please stay away!

This place is like an alternate reality, walking into a store thats a Comcast business and walking out impressed. I came here to pick up a new X1 DVR and was promptly greeted by a cheerful lady who offered some beverages. The space is built to showcase the products and demo. I was provided a five minute X1 demo on one of the big screens and it was painless and useful. Come here instead of the North Ave location, parking lot in back, as well.

Waited over a month for the cable box they twice promised to send. Finally gave up and stopped by the supposedly much better than normal Comcast Studio XFINITY on my way home from the airport, but they are closed for a private event. Celebration of all the money they steal? They were not willing to help at all, unlike what the previous reviewer said. They did say they randomly close quite often for private events and so it isnt really worth trying to go there expecting any assistance.

They sent two technicians, showed up on time, fixed the issue and were out fast...what a difference... If you care about service, Studio Xfinity delivers)

Wow!!!! I went today to change my service because my bill suddenly jumped. I didn’t get her name, but the woman who helped me was a B***H! She was terse, rude, and not helpful at all and made it seem like I was wasting her time. She abruptly told me “I can’t help you. You need to contact retention “. When I asked for the number, she said “they don’t have a number. You just need to call 1-800-Comcast and follow the prompts”. Wow. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will definitely leave Comcast now. Thanks A*****^S. Sincerely, Paul Haschke, former customer. And, by the way, they wouldn’t let me post this with ZERO STARS, so I had to select one star. I would rate it negative if possible.

Unable to help us in any way. Staff was rude and it is clear that training at this site is needed. We were told our 35% hike in fees was due to inflation, and that there was no manager on-site who we could speak with. In fact, we were told to try to get ahold of the CEO as they were the only person who could help us with our billing issue. I will take my chances with the phone line in the future.
