Sheila is fantastic at what she does! Her office is super easy to find and her professionalism is superior. I have suffered from a debilitating fear of driving for almost 20 years - to the point where I couldnt even drive a go-kart or bumper car. I was able to rely on public transportation and catching a ride with others for the majority of those years, but over time I began to feel more and more limited by my lack of independence. I have been working with another therapist who suggested Cognitive Behavior Therapy, but I was so anxious I couldnt even bring myself to start working on the techniques she taught me.
