Five of us stayed here for five days several years ago. Excellent location an everything was as they said it would be. Beautiful views & very convenient & luxurious.

We have stayed here a few times before at the Sky55 location and loved it! I have been trying to reach someone for the past month to book another stay and left several phone messages and sent several emails but no one has ever responded to me. In the meantime flights have become very limited and pricing has gone up so I finally had to book elsewhere.

We have also rented from this company for several years and had a good experience. We were planing on booking a condo unit this August but have not been able reach them through phone, email or text. Does anyone know if they are still in business.

Do not use them. This is not a professional business. They illegally pulled money from my checking account without my permission. This is being reported. They dont follow their agreements, took 5 months to get a mailbox key, internet doesnt work and wont fix. If you lease a room, even though they said they will ask your approval before adding a roommate, they dont do that so you could be stuck with someone you have never met. Their accounting is terrible. They doubled charged and pulled 2 months of rent one time and they pretended it never happened until I had to show them my checking statements. They also operate as Chicago Condo and the lady is called Carrie. Run far away!!!!

In short STAY AWAY! its a terrible company . I have just had the worse experience with them, we booked 10 months ahead of time and they literally forgot our reservation and contract. this was for a business trip for 2 apartments for 6 days. We are now in huge rush to find a new large location to fit our team a few weeks before our trade show in Chicago. The owner started yelling on me instead of apologizing and did not even attempt tp remedy the situation. Very very unpleasant experiences from booking to getting yelled at on by the owner David.

Do not use them. The pictures are misleading, the apartments are not furnished as they state, and the amenities are not adequate. We didnt have enough beds and the wifi was broken. We even had their cleaning crew show up in the apartment unannounced one morning while we were still staying there.
