They change the procedure!!!😡As soon.as you come go to the office to check in and register, leave your Telephon Number, the Office will call You and tell You what door to pull in, after that go to the office or to the window iside the cage to get the ppw for the WHSE. This place is a joke. Staff is unprofessional (was yelling at each other when I was there for a pickup). Called night before and was told item was there. Arrived early morning and they said it would be 4-5 hours before they could unload it. Came back at 5pm and they said its going to be another three. Literally wasted an entire day waiting on a load to drive 5 hours. You people should all be better than that!

Worst experience. One of the most unorganized places I’ve ever been. No signs, warnings or anything. Drive here to check in says let me know when you’re in a door, instead of letting me know that there’s a line going all the way down the street and all of the drivers are just SUPPOSED to know who’s going here or who’s going to Delta. Mass confusion. Most importantly SLOW!! 5+ hours easily. The biggest joke was when I requested in and out times she made a fuss about “not knowing my in time” and only stamped an out time, yet they have no sign in sheet nor even actually check you in. Place is a joke. Won’t be back.

Its their world and how dare you bother them with a load. Rude, slow and they will take their sweet time. Plenty of parking at the end of the road. Huge lot.

Pathetic airline that has no idea what they’re doing. They’re afraid of their own shadow. They falsified maintenance records causing them to ground the entire fleet for several months and nearly a year before they’ll get back to their reduced fleet of 8 747-800’s. They’re training for pilots is the typical 7 months, where US airlines will have you done in 6 weeks. Their pilots are sub par yet they think they’re so superior and treat all western pilots like we have no idea what we’re doing. They preach safety, safety, safety, but will screw you for doing the safe thing. If you’re Japanese and screw up, especially if you’re a checker, they do nothing. They’re a complete joke. I could go on and on about all the horrors of working here, but I’d be writing a novel.

If you want to get nerve breakdown go and visit this place. There is no order. Its a first come first serve, but there is a people that they trying to park before you even if they arrive after you. So logically I go to complain inside and they told me I supposed to go and deal with rude driver. I Im guessing that he meant that I am supposed to go and beat this driver. No way I left place. If they dont have Authority to move truck from a dock then I dont pick up the load in that company never ever. Only positive thing over there is one really cute girl, and she was really nice. Everything else is disaster
