We are in escrow and used Facility Fire Door Inspections to repair a descended fire sprinkler and a 5 year inspection on the system. They were prompt in returning calls and scheduling repairs and also in turning around our inspection report. My one critique is the 3 hour minimum for repair. Our repair was definitely a 3 hour job. I gave 5 stars because we were in a rush and they got the job done quickly and efficiently.
