Rarely does incompetence go so far as to completely waste both my and the recruiters time from the very beginning; so far that they cant even tell when they are simply throwing away time with no return at all. This was a joke; best way I can describe it.

Had the distinct privilege of working with Stephen Cervantes. He was personable and energetic and kept me informed at every step of the process. Part of the quandry with recruiters is their accessibility once they have your resume. Not so with Stephen who was accessible via text and phone call and did not hesitate to reach out to me outside of office hours. Both Stephen and the account director worked persistently to get immediate feedback after the interviews (usually within hours). He was always enthusiastic but very calm and this was what this client needed. No hitting the gas when not necessary and a good hard press when appropriate. Landed the position in days, not weeks. Granted, the client was ready to move, but Stephen and Mondo read it right and brought it home. It helped a great deal that I clicked well with the client, but it always helps when the recruiting team is RIGHT THERE to assist and intervene. Kudos to Mondo. Stephen & Co are on my permanent list. Nice job!

Had the pleasure of working with Mary Schadler. She was energetic and was very professional and kept me informed at every step of the process. In fact, I informed the prospective employer of my preference to work with Mondo primarily because of Marys updates on a regular basis. She was accessible via text and phone call and she did not hesitate to reach out to me outside of office hours, if it was important. She had a good partner in her account director and they both worked diligently to get immediate feedback after the interviews (usually within hours). That was always a huge relief after an interview. Mondo is a scam through and through. Their positive reviews are all fake--notice how none of them mention any specifics about the type of position they landed?If you want a recruiter who will treat you professionally and like a human, dont use Natalie Amend at Mondo.I interviewed for a digital marketing position through Natalie. She was all about communication before the interview--daily texts and emails. After? Multiple emails and texts with no response. I had let Natalie know beforehand that I was considering another offer and therefore needed to know soon. To this day, still no response.If you want to get ghosted by a recruiter who doesnt even have the decency to let you know the outcome of an interview, go with Natalie at Mondo.
