I just wanted to send you a note about the guys you have working on my site.Scott Smolik , and Matt Peterson.These are the ONLY 2 guys on my site I do NOT have to worry about. They get here early, make a list of the things they are going to do, and get it done!They will take the time to answer any questions we have, are very polite, and professional.These guys take away stress from my day. I do not have to watch them, I do not have to worry about them NOT being on schedule.Communication from them has been better than my own guys.I consider them an asset to your company, and on our future project, I would hope to have them on the job.

Otis Elevator failed to provide contracted services and scheduled maintenance for over 2 years at our property. They eventually acknowledged the problem, agreed to a refund that has not been paid in approximately 5 months. Local and national management is Totally non responsive. Otis Elevator is not recommended based on our experience.

Our building elevator has been down for three months and these guys keep repairing it. Not quite sure how after repeated visits they still cant figure out whats wrong with the elevator but I would think 3 months would be enough time. I would never use these guys and I hope my building finds a better service provider.
