I came in to do a Ashley piercing which goes through the lip and comes out through the back. I met with Jr to get it pierced we used a straight bar and it was placed too low for my liking. I ended up getting my nose pierce but paid for the jewelry of my lip. Ok cool. Told me to come back and I didn’t have to worry about next time it was “cool”. I came back after it healed. Met with the apprentice told him about my last encounter. I wanted a straight bar and in the middle of my lip. He seemed a bit fussed he insisted with a curve piercing. Jr agreed. But was the same person who pierced me with a straight bar. Long story short. It’s again not in the middle of my lip. We’ve made many marks and finally agreed the placement and still. Not where we decided. They changed the piercing 3 times and ended up putting a straight bar . I paid a fee and tipped. I am very disappointed. I have to now wait again and to get it pierced. The takeaway, listening to the clients wants not getting passive aggressive. I lost money and what my lip had to go through twice is not right.

I am only giving this shop 3 stars. The person who pierced my nostril was well informed on the procedure. They had me lay down before I even got to see the equipment they were using be sterilized. I also bought a septum ring (a piercing that has been healed open for almost 9 years), they asked me if I wanted installed right after I told them i wanted my left nostril pierced. I told them no. After they pierced my nostril, they installed my septum ring anyway. I dont know what the apprentice that installed my septum ring did... but it hurt. I teared at him putting it in, where the nostril piercings I did not tear at all (which is funny because they gave me a tissue for the tears before they started the procedure. 5 days later and my septum hurts more than a fresh piercing (Ive had jewelry in my septum recently too) Im also giving this shop 3 stars because they were just too professional for my taste (this is simply an opinion) they treated me as if i were money. It was a quick in and out, no personal interaction that built up client trust. They long haired fellow I spoke with while inquiring about a tattoo quote... he was more friendly. But overall, I probably wont go back, just because of the septum pain and the experience of not watching my equipment sanitized (which, the not asking to watch my equipment sterilized is half my fault) Ive had 5 nose piercings now. Im not new at this.

Youre in good hands. Theyre professional and use everything sterilized and clean. If you decide to get a peircing the piercer will not only be careful and accurate but also will answer any questions you have concerning your piercing and will folllow up with you during your healing process if you need it. They work with you and walk ins for peircings are always welcomed. They also have very cute body jewelry ❤

Took me over two hours to get a septum piercing, with apparently only 2 people ahead of me. I’m confused as to why it would take that long when you literally just put the needle through and thread the ring. So if anyone has an understanding as to why this was the case please lmk. Very disappointed in the service.

I’m a first-timer here, and I came to Eddie for assistance with putting my new jewelry in. He ended up re-piercing my nostril in a better spot than it was in, and he also was very efficient with putting in the barbell for my Christina.🗣 Let me speak to this mans ATTENTION 👏🏾 TO 👏🏾 DETAIL👏🏾! What’s funny is, a previous piercer told me back in March that the hole had closed for another intimate piercing of mine and that she was reluctant to redo it. Eddie the Eye had no problem finding that that site hadn’t closed, and he set me up with yet ANOTHER piece of jewelry! I was so impressed at his correction of two errors that I showed him another and I have no doubt that he can give me the result I really want.Thank you, Eddie! You made my day 😄

I had an appointment with Diana today, and I am very happy with my tattoo. It had been 25 years since I got inked, but my experience today was wonderful. She did a great job adding to an existing tattoo, and the work she did exceeded my expectations. She has great attention to detail and ensured everything was perfect. Everyone at the shop was very friendly and professional from start to finish! I will be coming back again.

I went to get my naval re-pierced yesterday. It was done last year at another shop but it rejected. Eddie explained to me it would be best to do an inverse piercing on me. No pain initially and none today either (day after). It really is a major difference between the last time it was done and this time. He knows what he’s doing! Super funny guy as well, which helped with my nerves. I’ll definitely be back to see him. Thank you so much 😊

My girl and I were excited about her getting a tattoo. I even called off work bc I wanted to be there with her. But when I got there. They told me I wouldn’t be allowed to be with her. On top they put dividers so I wouldn’t see. Something that was supposed to be a great experience turned into a disappointment. Never again are we coming here again. Wouldn’t recommend getting a tattoo from here with your partner.

I’ve been a client of Eddie’s for many many years, and there isn’t any other piercer I would recommend to family and friends. He’s incredibly professional and insightful. I always trust his process and recommendations. Even when I walk in not having a clue what I’m there for, he’s patient and walks me through my options. He makes me feel calm and comfortable when I’m anxious about pain. His sense of humor makes getting pierced fun for me (I hate pain). The jewelry he uses has never given me any issues. I’ve kept some original jewelry in for years with no problems. He has many options to chose from and explains what he thinks would look best, which he is never wrong about. He’s informative about aftercare, and even checks in a few weeks later with you. Anytime I, or someone I referred, sees Eddie, we always walk out very happy. Again, there is no other piercer in my book.

Great people, Eddie has done great work on some piercing for my 15 year old. What I really liked is the 101 teaching he gave her to look out for in the future when getting piercings and how to look out for sterile tools. We were happy with our service we went back for a 2 nd piercing and are planning for the 3rd.

Went in last minute to get a tattoo and Diana did mine. She did the exact tattoo I wanted and was patiently doing my tattoo because it was my first one. She was super friendly and took her time. She kept asking if I was holding up which I appreciate because I know some friends who have gotten tattoos and their artist just rush it through. Tattoo didn’t really hurt and I was very satisfied. I would recommend this place!!!!

Have been pierced by Eddie 4x over the past few years and he’s always very professional. He talks me through each step and makes me feel comfortable, even when I am nervous (I still get nervous every time I get pierced) . I have always been very happy with my end results and have never had any issues. The one time that I did go to another shop to pierce my septum the piercer messed up and had to re-pierce me. I will never stray from Eddie again!

Absolutely LOVE the tattoos i got.

Had my piercing done in March-April. Had my appointment cancelled twice due to piercer, Eddie, not communicating with me. He was sick once and the other time he went to a tattoo convention but we had an appointment. I had 3 ear piercings done.This should have been a red flag. Had these rubies in that fell out easily and he said they were discontinued... meaning I shouldnt have to pay for new ones less than a month later? Wrong. Another red flag. set up my follow up for new earrings and shorter ones, he didnt have the ones I asked for, so I settled for other ones and paid. I didnt like the playful environment from the place. Would not recommend to young girls. He put his hands on me inappropriately thinking I was going along with his joke. I was not. He has thick fingers so he struggles to put in earrings so the session takes longer.

Im pretty sure people have different experiences here, but Id like to share mine. I came in on a Saturday to get my septum repierced. The place looks clean and they use sterilized equipment. My issue was that my piercing started hurting for the next two days. I did not move or touch it because it is a fresh wound. I had to take it out the 2nd night because it hurt too much, it felt like a little ball was forming close to the tip of my nose. I came in the next day for help, explained ive cleaned it with saline solution. Mentioned that i used antibacterial soap, mind you it was only once. Thats all it took for my piercer to deflect the situation and blame me for irritating it and causing trauma. He did not look like he was looking to even hear me out, his demeanor was defensive. I understand it is their work but if someone comes it with a complaint or says they are hurting you hear your customer out and show empathy. Instead I was being talked over, and told that I irritated it and probably moved it. Assuming things instead of even asking me. I explained that when the piercing did not go in, the hole was not straight or easy to maneuver, obviously i did not touch it or play with it like it was assumed. Also never even looked at my nose, again i mentioned it was hurting, youd think they would want to take a look to check everything is okay no??? Anyways at the end i could not stand their dominating demeanor (body language, and tone), was told to let it heal and come back. I did not appreciate the customer service provided. That is all folks.

Great experience for my 1st tattoo. My tattoo artist was Diana Regalado and her artwork is amazing, precise, and clean. Diana and the the other artist are very professional and have a good vibe in this place. Definitely recommend and cannot wait for the next tattoo experience.

I went in there to get my nose re-pierced because the first people had messed it up and they were so nice about it and explain to me how the other shop didn’t do it right I love them.

Brought my daughter to this place for an industrial piercing. My cousin Maribel recommended the place. Charly was my daughter’s piercer. He was very professional. He asked us to view the machine which sterilizes the needles and other equipment. He wore gloves and was very careful and sanitary throughout he process. I think I was more nervous than her but he made us feel more relaxed. After, he explained how to take care of the piercing and was open to questions. I totally recommend this place.

I came here for a tattoo with my friend and for my lip piercing. Charlie is a great guy, he makes you feel comfortable and does an amazing job. Its been two weeks since my inverted lip and havent had any issues. Theyre really nice and clean. Definitely worth it.
