Bot a gift card, it was invalid when I tried to use it. When I called to have it reissued, no one would answer the phone so I had to resort to online chat. There I was told that it would be refunded and it took 3-5 days for the the refund and that I would need to purchase another card. Are they for real? It took 2 seconds to purchase the card and now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund when all I wanted was a card that works. With technology today, it is possible to just reissue the card. DONT BUY HERE!!!

I’ve used the Raise APP since 2015 and have saved a lot of money using their gift cards but I’m done. I purchased a Playstationg gift card on 6/5/21 and it could not be redeemed on the Playstation website. I contacted Raise on June 7 and was advised they would look into my issue and get back to me within 7 days. It has now been 15 days since my purchase and still no response from them. Now I am contacting the BBB.

I purchased 2 $100.00 gift cards on June 5, 2021 for NutriSystem. They arent even a good value anymore, but saving $14.00 on each one, I thought, what the heck! Tried redeeming them on the Nutrisystem web site, they are bogus cards. I reported this immediately to Raise.com and they said theyd check it out within 10 days Id hear something. Its now 14 days and not a word. Im filing a complaint with the BBB next. Now Im out $172.00 with no recourse since I used a debit card and my bank refuses to help me with an online purchase of gift cards.

Be aware of getting your Identity Stolen. When they cancelled my order they asked me for pictures of my ID. I did sent them and they still told me that they couldnt verify my identity. They kept asking for more pictures. I checked the pictures I sent and they are high quality and you can read every detail. I think they are using that private information for something else. BE AWARE and dont make the same mistake of sending them your ID!

I bought a prepaid card yesterday. I have never even heard of you. Yet somehow all my money was taken off my card by your company. However, where I live it is impossible for me to be all the way out there. Claims to be a swiped transaction. I hope whoever in your company did it has a good lawyer. That money was to order my sons birthday present. Might want to cancel your transaction. If not thats okay you wont get away with this.

Be leery of selling your cards on this site. After listing a few with them to test the waters, I decided it was ok to list 5 cards at one time. After 5 days of them having my cards information while they were being reviewed, then denied, someone internally obtained 3 of #s for sure and started to drain my balances and ship merchandise to an address in Illinois....I live in Kansas. It could be all 5, but I wasnt able to get more information from Walmart. Raise, did do some investigation into the matter, but found no problem on their end. I do appreciate that, but I know someone with Raise stole my card information and as of this date 2/6/20, they do have a wolf in the hen house, if not more. The cards were scratched off by me, stored in a safe location and no one ever got my card numbers until I listed them on Raise. I am currently filing a police report to get the name & address where the merchandise was sent, which is what Raise could have done if they were truly concerned about internal theft in their company. Wife has used them for years buying cards with no issues and referred them to me to offload some extra cards. Now I am over $300 or more in the hole depending on if the thief stole other cards that will be charged backed to me at a later date.....not counting the hours of time & money I have spent dealing with this mess.

Received this as a gift. Should have had $50 balance on card for Olive Garden and mgr. at OG said account was closed. I called to find out about but couldnt get Patience (customer svc rep) to research it without knowing intimate details of my nephew who gave it to me for XMAS. This is the second time a gift from this website hasnt worked, and I received nothing for it and got terrible customer service. Dont buy these gift cards and definitely dont give them as gifts!
