I use Parqex for work as I travel for work between 3 cities and it makes things so easy! The locations I visit are in Milwaukee, Madison & Chicago which are all accessible through Parqex, and the app helps me find reasonable parking without having to check my meter or app every couple of hours!

App is easy to use and offers great parking options for downtown Madison. Highly recommend!

Everything about parqEx has been amazing. We had been looking for a spot near campus for weeks. ParqEx had one less than a block from the dorm. Signing up was quick and easy. I had a couple questions I emaied, figuring Id hear back in a day or two. Jonah, from Customer Service, got back to me within minutes. He was wonderful and even sent me a satellite picture of exactly where to park. WONDERFUL!!!!

Super easy to use! I was able to book parking last minute for a friend who was coming in from out of town. There were lots of private parking options near me at affordable prices. Will definitely recommend to others! :)

The first time I booked monthly parking through ParqEx, it went through, only to get a text from the owner of the spot saying it was already rented out. Against my better judgement, I decide to give it a second try and book another spot, which was also reserved for me (I dont think these guys know what a reservation is). But only to find out an hour later that my second reservation of a completely different spot had also been cancelled. But this time, I got no email, no text, or any kind of alert.This is by far the worst experience I have ever had using an online parking platform. I would not recommend this to anyone.EDIT: Someone from ParqEx did reach out to me explaining the situation. And they did offer alternative spots. However, it still isn’t the greatest of experience when you get multiple spots cancelled on you after reservation. I get that it’s not under ParqEx’s control what individual owners of the lots do. I just hope that in the future they have some terms of service that prevents an experience like mine from happening.

Parqex makes my life way easier. A must have for all drivers!
