Fast unloading. Receiving 5am-10am

Front service is really bad and rude. Vegetables are not fresh already mouldy sale to customers. I bought a whole case of broccoli on Friday morning, and found out mold on Saturday morning. I called them, they said it was not their problem. Also,Long time for wait even called early for placed order.

Got there at 4am was out at 6am not bad. Check in is by door 1 left side.

Fast service and they have overnight parking

I am impressed by their customer service. I have more than 10 suppliers. They are the only one who would like to take time to inform me ahead about out of stock items in my order. As long as you work with their process, your order will be always ready when you show up to pick it up. Friendly workers. Nice environment.Competitive price. Very reliable supplier!

Easy to find, Receiving is on west side . Very friendly was able to park over night with no problems plus they let me wait at dock untill my hours started, but then again it was sat morning.

Update from two to four stars 2/4/2019: I have started having a better experience over all. They started becoming less ignorant. I will update my four stars to 5 if they keep treating us fairly.Two stars, like in Asia you cant really return any of their products even if you have a legitimate reason to do so. Takes half hour to 2 hours to get your items loaded and you are pretty much on your own after the pallet is left behind your vehicle for you to load it yourselves. Some items are priced higher than others.The good side: they are at least somewhat willing to do their parts such as fulfilling their duties. The place is organized, clean, pleasant, and customer oriented.

Well. I havent been there yet. But I called to verify the delivery address. Dude was incredibly rude. Told me he cant verify the address because they dont know it. I dont understand how he goes to work everyday, but whatever.You know, since Im bringing them some stuff they need, the least they can do is maybe verify an address? But, on the other hand, it is probably too much to ask from anyone these days.

To many people involved in handling a small orders takes a while to get your stuff if you can order in advance by phone you have a better chance to do it faster

Shipping/Receiving was great. Unloaded 37000 lbs of bok choy in one hour. Complementary coffee and a clean restroom in the warehouse at the main entrance. Probably the best place for a semi to deliver in Chicago.

Parked here overnight in door 3, had no issues, my dispatcher sent me here to drop at 5 pm. They were closed so here are their recieving hours
