Green diaper babies makes cloth diapers a breeze! They do all the dirty work (literally and figuratively). They have excellent customer service. This is my first baby but if anything I suspect using a cloth diaper service is easier than disposable diapers because you arent lugging dirty diapers to the trash every day. Starting day one - we were expecting a little girl based on our sonogram, only to be thrown a curve ball when I delivered a boy. They were helpful and flexible. I called to set up service less than a week before my induction and they arranged for it all to happen smoothly. Whenever I needed changed to my order, it happened quickly and accurately. I even called my first week because I could t figure out how to use the cloth diapers and someone walked me through it. It was also wonderful to know I wasn’t creating trash every time I changed a diaper.

We went to Chicago for four days over spring break and used Green Diaper Babies during our stay. They were great to work with! Diapers were delivered to our hotel with a pail to help keep things organized. There was a slight mishap with our pick-up time, and so we had to return the diapers earlier than anticipated. However, when we talked with Shannon about it, she was so kind and easy to work with! She helped to fix the problem quickly. We would absolutely utilize this service again if we visit Chicago again!

Really happy with the service from Green Diaper Babies. This was for our first baby, and we knew we wanted to do a diaper service after hearing how helpful it was, especially in the first few weeks and months with a newborn. We started with half pre-folds and half all-in-ones but eventually switched to exclusively all-in-ones just because we found them easier to use. Shannon and the GDB team were very responsive to questions and changes, and they were even able to do pickups/drop-offs to the back door of our 3rd floor walk-up apartment, which was super helpful and convenient. The diapers were high quality and very organized in the bags. Its very nice to just throw the dirty ones in the bag and not have to worry about them.One slight negative was that we heard from friends and family that the process of allowing people to contribute toward the service as a baby shower gift was a bit confusing, in terms of using the website and invoicing system. But it worked out OK and were very glad we used the service.

We recommend the dry cloth wipes, which are a very inexpensive add -on and really come in handy. You can use them dry or add your own water-based solution, which is especially helpful if your baby has sensitive skin. I am so sad to say that I’m a few weeks when we have used up all of our diapers we will not be using Green Diapers anymore. I’m sad 1 because it means my little man is not a baby anymore( when did that happen) and 2 we won’t be communicating with Shannon and using such a great service. From the moment Shannon met with us individually and showed us our diaper options we knew this was the company for us. Shannon and the Green diaper service have been so accommodating when we needed to change delivery dates, needed more or less diapers, needed different sizes, and when we forgot to put out dirty diapers for pick up(only once). We will not be going far we will be back with number 2 when that happens. Sad to go but onto another chapter of wet underwear(which they do carry).Caitlin
