I had a terrible experience with Ambiance Matchmaking. The 5-star review is given by a person who works for Ambiance Matchmaking as one of their principals. I was mislead about a match; the information I was provided was blatantly incorrect, and because I had spent thousands of dollars to sign up for them as well as travel to see this match, I immediately cancelled my membership, wanting no part of a misleading contract. I attempted to receive my money back but was told I could not because I had pursued the one match. My match also asked for her money back and did not receive it. I attempted receiving a refund through my credit card company which originally agreed with me, but then reversed their decision because I had received one match. The Better Business Bureau also agreed initially, but them reversed their decision for the same reason.

Leslie and Taylor and their team at Ambiance are awesome .They are attentive to every detail and are dedicated to helping people connectwith their soulmates.Whether its their articles, newsletters and input , or setting up the meet-ups ( etc ) they are the best ...My experience has been only positive on every level , have met beautiful people and am looking forward to working with them further on this journey ~
