Hi guys I signed up with this company over 6 months ago. My credit actually went down since I signed with them, this company has done nothing to improve or help my credit score. On my last call with them I asked about 2 items that just showed on my report I was told if I paid them they will still be there for the next 7 years and that I can’t do anything about it, well if that’s the case why do I have you guys because their answer was silent. Called to inquire information. But what I basically got from the young lady with no customer service skills who sounded like she was 15 years old. I thought it was a scam, overall what I got from her is that they mail out dispute letters with the same bs (not my account) until the credit bureaus remove the account, if that! This place is a scam! You can dispute accounts yourself to the credit bureaus, they don’t charge, why pay someone else $500 plus, to do it if they do the same thing every other month! Please save your money and time and just do it yourself!

Listen I spoke to a woman by the name of Carolyn. That name change my whole experience with credit . She was very professional, funny, a people’s person and most of all she spoke with confidence she could get the job done. She explained what would happen if I followed her advice concerning my credit repair process, but she also told me what wouldn’t happen if I didn’t follow her advice.1. Don’t make anymore debts2. Do not open up any new accounts3. Don’t expect me / this company to fix anything you not willing to help fix.Meaning this process works but it will take teamwork. This my 2nd month and 120 items removed which includes inquiries, charge offs, & bad debt.Trust the process, I’m just a few steps from being in the high 700’s . Yes a big jump from 549 two months ago.Oh before I close , Carolyn will not tell you what you wanna hear to get the money. Probably the best credit repair service in Chicago and possibly the country. They are the only ones in Chicago that will give you a free review of your credit report. They are able to obtain it by doing a soft pull. The beauty of that is it does not put a hard inquiry on your report which would result in a point reduction. Nationwide Credit Clearing was able to remove tons of negative information and point me in the direction on how to obtain good credit. By doing this I noticed a significant rise in my credit score. They have a month to month program which they explain to me is the way legitimate company charges not one large upfront fee.

This is a fantastic company if you are looking to help clean up your credit... worked with Carolyn Feldman who was extremely professional, responsive, was able to assist my needs. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for assistance in managing their credit.

I have been a client of Nationwide Credit Clearing for over 3 months now and have spent over $600 with the promise of a score increase always coming on the next credit cycle update. Nothing. A lot of explaining is done by their credit professionals but absolutely no results at all. The only positive credit score increases I saw were the ones I created myself by paying off debt. All they seem to do is update their page which shows derogatory items being removed off of your reports but they never actually come off of your real credit report. I wasted my time and money. I will just be patient and do it myself from now on and not rely on scams.

Please avoid them....... Back in February 2020 I called to check my credit situation and nothing was deleted since September 2019 and one of the lady who answered my call said if you are not happy Ill go ahead and cancel your service, without even saying anything, so I left the review regarding the service I received from them. Then I get a call from the owner Todd Sterns asking me why I left them bad review and if I can change the review or delete it as he will personally take care of my account and will take care of it, so then i started to see some results and then today I called at 12:07 PM and I was told to call back in an hour so I called back around 3:06 PM and someone picked up the call and hung up so I called back again and Todd answered the call and started accusing me of calling million times..... thats how they treat you. I then sent them my call log and then he called to argue with me instead of apologizing for his RUDE behavior. I was recommended from a friend of mine who referred at least 50 people to them and I referred them my 2 friends. I already called them and ask them to switch it to Lexington Law. Not here to get insulted. Kirk Thompson left a bad review too and thats all they deserve. They like to take your money and waste your time and its been 10 months for me to be with them and I regret.BEWARE OF THESE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!!!!

At the time my credit score was 575. Nationwide Credit worked with me to remove the negative information and pointed me in the direction on how to obtain new credit. AWFUL SERVICE!!!!I’m in the process of trying to get my credit cleared and my daughter previously used Nationwide Credit so I decided to give them a call first, since she is always raving about how they helped her clean up her credit reports. I honestly don’t even know where to begin. I called around 12:15 today (CORRECTION CALL WAS THURSDAY BUT POSTED TODAY) and the girl who answered put me on hold for a good ten minutes. She then comes back on the lines and says “ So what are you looking for?” I begin to ask questions regarding services completely dismissive about how she came back on the line. Question after question, I received absolutely nothing of value from this woman. I repeatedly asked how much services were, how the process works and still could not get a straight answer. I told her my daughter was a previous client and that I was looking to receive the same services but was sure as to how the program worked as my daughter did not get into details with me. With all that I explained to her she still did not know how to answer my questions. Not only was she not helpful but when I went to hang up I heard her say “What the f?” If a customer is such an inconvenience then maybe you either close your business or find new representatives to work at your company. I WILL NOT BE USING YOUR SERVICES AND WILL ALSO ADVISE MY DAUGHTER NOT TO USE YOUR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE!!!

You might as well go to Lexington Law Firm over these attorneys. They wont respond to calls and they cant take anything of your report. Also, they make the duration way longer than it should be in order to collect more money from you.

Complete waste of time and money $600 in and only 4 items removed from a single report. No real updates are provided. I havent even been given an update the last two months. The dashboard simply says letters sent on 6/13 and then mentions the update of 19 items to one report. 15 of the 19 was updates to my address, phone number, and employer. Total tipoff.

Month ago I’ve emailed them explaining my situation and asking is there any chance that they can tell me is anything from my report is going to be clean any time soon ( by the way , I have only 2 collections on my report) , cause I’m about to cancel the contract . And they’ve said- we are working on it , and we will keep doing it for next 6 months without charging you... But actually next mont I get charged again. Stay away from this company !!!!
