Jedaiah was very professional, patient, understanding and even empathizing of our individual case. I was apprehensive of contacting ACCC for assistance at first. We had not had positive experiences requesting support from our bank or creditors for several years and our situation only worsened because I thought we were stuck. Im so glad a friend had recommended we try ACCC and spend the time really going over all the options, good and bad. Once we confirmed the best path we could go with was working through ACCC it wasnt a question to sign up for their debt management program. They even called us back when our call accidentally got dropped. I will recommend ACCC from here on! American Consumer Credit Counseling was just great - we needed something other than a loan or bankruptcy - we were actually looking to talk to someone about options we had in the face of some tough financial decision and these guys came through! After the 1st conversation we had - our counselor was able to provide me with connections to other 3rd party sites and organizations, one which was spot on and able to offer us the help we needed almost immediately. I would highly recommend them - based on our experience - our counselor was patient, helped me understand what services ACCC actually provided, and offered to continue with any help we might have in the future.

To be honest, I called these folks at ACCC out of desperation. My credit is a mess and I have been burned by so many ‘credit repair’ scams that I have just given up. I had tried to get a reconsolidation loan for my unsecured debt my husband and I had acquired during Covid. The bank turned me down and I was told to try One Main Financial. They couldnt help me either. So I called CCCS and spoke with a gentleman named Randy. He helped me thru the whole process. He was very understanding and reassured me more and more people are using their services. I am so glad I called and was able to work everything out and get on a management plan. I am going to be debt free in 3 yrs. Thank you Randy for all of your help!

He was very professional and helpful. A lot of information but I discontinued use of LexingtonLaw to improve my credit. Hopefully this will help me in the long run. I’ve never done anything like this. I’m on SSDI and sometimes my meds make it hard to process info but they made it easy with what to do and say. Very efficient, just a lot of info to agree to. But it minimizes what you pay based on accounts and they will always show they are made on time!
