Greg was originally good, had great service which is why I bought a second one. However, when I purchased the upgrade, he said he would provide service as well. Unfortunately, he didnt do that and he doesnt return my calls or provide the service. I wont purchase from them again as they do not hold up their end.

Purchased a copier 6 months ago from Gary at a great price, had no issues until today. Called Gary and he walked me through the issue and got us back up right away. Really great refurbished copier, 300,000 plus copies already and still running.Update, I also see a lot of negative posts on squeaks, we did have this on a few gears/rollers/wheels after about 100,000 prints. I ordered a $10.00 bottle of 3 an 1 oil, carefully oiled where I could and this resolved the issues.

We were having some issues with our copier due to the fact that I was unaware that it was not set for 8.5 x 14 paper of which I was using! I called Digital Copier and the service department walked me through everything on the phone as he was 3 hours away and we needed it fixed immediately. He was very patient and walked me through everything step by step and we were up and running in no time and it was working better than ever! Thank you so much!!! I high recommend Digital Copier Mart!!

Gary has not only provided us with our machines, but he has been invaluable in making sure we stay up and running. 2 weeks ago, I called him late into the day (5 ish) with a strange issue and he was more than willing to troubleshoot with me over the phone into the late hours. We were able to machine back up and running and were thankful that he was willing to help at such an inopportune time. Also important to note, is that he gave the service free of charge. Excellent customer service! I would buy from him again in a heartbeat!

Our company bought a Toshiba copier from DCM at a great price back in 2018. To finish up a project, we needed to replace a fuser which ended up getting back-ordered at another parts supplier. Gary came through on a rush request and delivered the fuser the same day - Great customer service!

Greg the Copy man set up my 3530 C Toshiba from the phone. The copier looks new and is running great and the price was unbelievable. I have bought copiers from Copier Mart for the past 10 years and so have others who I recommended. I highly rate the customer service and the machines.

After reading the negative feedback on here i completely agree with them. Even though this company responds and states something else i dont believe them . This company states 60 day warranty and a 5 year major component warranty. Well within 50 days of having our printer (the 5th we have purchased from them) they did not want to honor the warranty. The developer unit stop working and after multiple days of calling and calling they finally emailed and did not want to fix the problem. The gentleman I spoke with G a R y is a liar and just ignore people. I would stay away from them. They are quick to sell you a printer but once it gets to you thats it. Also, if you do buy a printer thats on you because even the way they deliver it is dumb. It comes in a van and the guy unloading it unloads the machine like its a go-cart. Youve been warned. They are liars and cheats!!!!!Update: there was no way to respond to their response but the 1 week turn around they mention is false. The secretary story they say is also false. no secretary answered the phone the few times we called over a week. overall liars.

Please do not buy anything from this company. GARY is disrespectful in the way he speaks to you when you have an issue with anything. I purchased a copier from them because of being on a strict budget only to find out that it was nothing he advertised it to be. He sent us a replacement begrudgingly, just to find out the replace was in very poor working order. The copy meter had been rolled back, the drums were shot, the pm cycles were bad...on and on. I get that it was a used copier however I did not expect to have to put in over $3000 in less than a month to be able to use this copier. Gary is unwilling to work with us to rectify this problem.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased one Toshiba Copier and it works so good for us, that we purchased a second one. We have had all questions answered promptly; furthermore, they worked great for us.

I purchased two copiers, one for each of my offices. Immediately we had loud squeaking noises and I contacted Digital Copier mart right away. They promised to send someone out and it never happened. I call repeatedly and spoke with the Owner and I never received any service. Recently one of the machines completely quit. I had to contact a local Toshiba repair shop and had to pay to fix the machine. Their warranty is worthless if they wont ever do what they say they will. I would never buy anything from them again. No customer service and absolutely no follow up service after the sale. These machines were supposed to be completely gone thru yet I had to have them serviced again and spent several hundred dollars doing so. It pays to go with a reputable company.

Wholly unprofessional salesperson who sells used junk. Copier delivered broken and extremely low on toner. Took two months to get fixed and still has not fulfilled his promise to send toner. I continue to get foul mouthed e-mail slander from him and have forwarded these to the State Attorney General.

Stay away from this company the owner is dishonest. he will show you on ebay that the copier looks like new but you will get a used and junk machine. It doesnt even work. he promised that he would come and fix it he never did. When you call him to see what is going on he will cuss you out and threaten to kill you. DONT TRUST HIM he is crazy. Purchased a used Toshiba Copier from Copier Mart, broke down after a couple of weeks, and had it repaired under warranty at no cost to us, by local technicians. That was great service.

He told me that he will teach me everything about copier And he showed the copier looks like new ,but he deliver un old copier ,dairty and broke .When i called him i told him this is not the same copier that it showed in pic.So he got mad and he called me names and casing me out.stay away from this business ,they show you in pic like new,but they deliver different and old cpoier

We purchased a used copier March and had trouble with it right away. They finally came out after months of waiting for the part to arrive and it worked for 1 week. We call everyday but no one will answer. BBB will be my next call!
