Although I just moved here I love this complex! The front desk staff (Gianna) and the maintenance team have been extremely pleasant to work with. The area is very dog friendly and great food nearby. I’m new to the Chicago area but I highly recommend this complex!

Arrive South Loop has been wonderful for my time living here. The staff have all been so great. The staff has been welcoming and accommodating at every turn. I want to give a special thanks to the office management, Victor. He is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Also, the the maintenance staff (specifically Brian, Reuben, and Dave) are very responsive to service requests and inquiries. They respond in a very timely manner and communicative.This complex is a great place to live!

We just moved in last week but love the apartment. The staff was so friendly and helpful when it came to applying for the apartment, signing our lease and arranging move in- especially Ms. Ariel Wiley:We love our unit. It was sparkling clean when we arrived and in great condition. It’s a nice, quiet building with great amenities. Our dog loves the dog park on the roof

Scheduled an apartment tour for 10am Saturday. Whoever was planning on giving an apartment tour at this time was not present. There are plenty of available apartments in Chicago, choose somewhere else.

Ive lived here over a year now and have only good things to say about the Arrive South Loop community. The common areas are kept clean, management staff members are responsive, and maintenance personnel (specifically Brian and Ruben) respond to requests in a very timely manner...and are friendly to boot. It is a good place to call home.

We just moved in and put in requests for a handful of maintenance items. Ruben was there the next day and provided exceptional customer service! He was polite and addressed all the issues we had with a smile (from behind the mask) on his face.

Great office staff and community. Gianna the leasing consultant answered all my questions quickly and professionally. Maintenance and amenities are great too!

Do not live here. I have lived at this complex for about a year and a half. Management did not alert us upon signing the lease that Air BNBs were throughout the complex. Random people will be in and out next door and are extremely loud and disruptive. Having parties on both weekdays and weekends where random people are yelling and music is blaring at all hours of the night. I have had to call the police when the parties get out of hand. Tenants throughout the building smoke both marijuana and cigarettes. You can smell it while walking throughout the hallways and its will leak through the vents in your complex. The residents that live here have no respect for neighbors or anyone else for that matter. If you have children or are sensitive to smoke I would highly suggest not living here. I have also heard that there are low income complexes throughout the building which was not disclosed to us when we signed the lease.The amenities are nice. The gym is clean and well kept but the equipment gets stolen sometimes so weights are missing. Peloton bikes are a nice addition. The pool is also kept clean and tidy with a beautiful view of the city. If you value amenities more than your sanity this is the place for you.

Hello,Im a residence at Arrive South Loop. I recently had a number of maintenance request completed by Ruben on our Maintenance Team, Ruben did an excellent job and was very patience. Hes the reason why living at Arrive South Loop is a pleasant place to live!

The manager changed and is horrible, overcharging us upon moving out 2100 for three minor scratches due to move in! Rude, aggressive and unreasonable. The apartment there are not worth the price, everything breaks, tears and leaks starting 1 month in, then tell you to pay for it all at the end. Dishwasher doesn’t do it’s job, air conditioning broken multiple times on summer day, 92 degrees in apartment, bathroom ceiling leaking, hard floor piece missing, lights broken, flooring side pieces falling out. Absolute ridiculous, talked to them nicely trying to pay my rent and melissa’s yelling out of no where, can not believe it. You can find nicer apartments for the same price. Don’t rent here!

Living in the Arrive South Loop apartments is amazing. Shena has been very helpful with work orders, keeping our packages secured and making sure we are safe and sound. Shena needs to be awarded for her great personality and helpful thoughts. Leon is a great property manager and Kevin always help with anything wrong in the building. Kevin gets the job done, he also needs to be honored.

Love the amenities. Further south than we’d like to be though. Neighbors aren’t exceptionally kind or friendly. Gym is frequently out of wipes to clean equipment and the water filter is always on “red” indicating a need for change. Maintenance men are always friendly.

Such a great experience working with Shena Taylor. Very professional and offered a lot of assistance and suggestions and made this process seamless. Absolutely love the building and my apartment. This building offers exceptional amenities as well as a beautiful view on the rooftop. Happy with my place and experience.

Weve been at arrive south loop for 3 months now and we love this place so much. They keep the lobby and elevators very clean. The management staff are very nice and extremely helpful.

My time spent living as a resident at Arrive South has been a great experience. I say that because the staff is super friendly and responsive to your inquiries and or complaints. Any repair that I put in is handled within a 24 hour window even over the holidays.

Shena has been a great help, I gave up at one point and she she never gave up on me. I found a great 2beds 2baths for an reasonable price and we’re excited. The staff there here is amazing and the maintenance is one top off everything. The new leasing manager is also a great help as well.

I love the location and convenience of being close to both expressways. I do want to see the communication amongst residents as well as the office staff improve. Other than that you wont find a better complex with all of the amenities for the price.

We have had a great experience living here so far. Maintenance is quick to respond and keeps the location well maintained, the office staff are helpful, there are monthly events, the dry cleaning service is really useful, and the location is convenient for the i-55 and i90/i290. We have enjoyed the modern updates of the building, too!

My boyfriend and I have lived at Arrive since November 2018 and just renewed our lease! The amenities are awesome- from the Peloton bikes at the apartment gym, to the great views of the city from the rooftop/pool, and the rooftop pet area. The staff is amazing! Management has been great about addressing and resolving any concerns. The maintenance team is fantastic. Special shout out to Brian- after doing a repair in our apartment I walked in on him cleaning up and wiping down my countertop and floors (not something you see everyday)! The entire maintenance team and external partners that Arrive uses to resolve problems has been very efficient and professional and kind. Would highly recommend living here if you are looking for an apartment with a great amount of space, great location in the city, and expect excellence from the staff!

Since posting my previous review I must provide a realistic update since moving out. It has been over 50 days since I moved out and I have not received my security deposit back. I have called the leasing office several times to ascertain if my refund has been processed & if not, why. Staff keeps telling me that they will check into the matter and get back to me, but of course I never receive a call back. I am beyond FRUSTRATED with this situation. While living there everything was fine but this experience since moving is just horrible. Take my advice and move somewhere that offers better customer service!!!!

When I first moved here in December of 2017 the Terrazzio was an amazing building. Its been several months and Arrive South Loop still has a huge plastic sign in front of the building where the Terazzio name use to be. I am not happy with the change in management but hopefully it will get better. There seems to be a lot going on in and around the building, however it appears that there was limited input from the residents. I think they may be building a spin studio, but again that has not been communicated to the most important people, the residents.

The new management could use a lot of improvement. They never answer phone calls and take forever to get back to you. I do like the updates to the complex though.

Im looking at all the fake reviews already city guides posting but no residents.Heres a review from a tenant who is leaving and never coming back.Stay away, the building is a section 8 building we just found out and of course they dont tell you this when you move in. There is so much marijuana use and we have complained for over a year and management does nothing.There are unauthorized entry and people just walk in and management even is posting warnings. There was an incide t a month after we moved in and someone fired a gun and shot out a patio door and management lied and said it was a chair hole. We arent morons we saw the police come. And the maintenance men take out the door.Mainentance is fine they come and fix things when theres an issue but this is not a luxury building people. High rent section 8 building full of weed smoke and the atrium middle area is always loud late night with people partying playing musicStay away!!!!!

Horrible management and service. We signed our lease and about a week before moving in they told us the current tenant was no longer moving out. They said we could move into another unit (with more expensive rent, of course) or wait for the current tenant to leave. Since they violated the terms of our lease before we had even moved in, we opted not to move in at all.

Arrive South Loop is absolutely horrible - If I could give no stars I would! There is always new office staff in the leasing office that are unaware of the company’s procedures and policies. Also, the building has Airbnb units throughout the building which causes a safety hazard to the tenants that actually reside and pay rent. The management does not inform tenants prior to signing a lease about the Airbnb units that are placed throughout the building and seems not to care about the safety and needs of their tenants. The people that they rent the Airbnb units to have loud parties throughout the week, fight throughout the hallway, and have the hallway smelling like marijuana.*Please don’t waste your money or time renting from this management company - they don’t care about your safety or needs!

Waa opinin dey mon!?I love living here as well as i love CityHyde Parks spectactular wrap around Workout room&resident event room leading to the roof top entertainment where you can lime(chill)&have a fete(party). I ll miss that but here the Living space is as equally important as the the extras guds that cums wit a flat. Rooms here are spacious&2nd floors dont have baconies but instead have patio porches while City HydePark only have baconies. You pay less here for more space - the baconies,terrance&wrapped around workoutroom.
