It took me a while to write this review since my computer is still having problems. When I first walked in, I was greeted nicely and everything seemed to be okay. The customer service was nice and the manager on duty seemed to know what she was talking about. I dropped my computer off after we agreed on a set price. Fast forward a few days and I receive a phone call from another worker speaking to me about my computer. She wanted to tell me that they were starting on my computer and was running everything by me. Everything that I had told the manager must not have been given to her. I just wanted Windows 8 and for my laptop to be backed up. That did not reach her and then she had another price in mind. After we sorted through that confusion, I thought it would all be fine. Let’s just say this was the start of my problems. The computer was not finished when they said it would be finished and I had to basically call them to see when it would be ready. When they finally called me to get my computer, I noticed a white pixel line going down my screen. I spoke with the manager and she agreed that it was not there when I dropped it off and that the tech should be able to fix it right away.Right away did not mean right away. There was a poor communication between the tech and the manager because in the end I had to call the tech. The manager had been nice enough to give me his number and even told me what she said to him. When I spoke with the tech, he did not know what I was talking about. He had even informed me that they had been closed for the past few days. Understandable since this was around Thanksgiving, I just wish someone would have said something. Especially since my computer was dropped off before Thanksgiving. The tech promised that he would look at my computer first thing in the morning. I gave him an extra day and when I did not receive a phone call, I called the shop back. I found out that the tech did not even look at my computer, despite what he said. At this point they had my computer for over 3 weeks. I told the manager to get my computer back and I would just pick it up. I was not going to leave my computer with them any longer since they were doing nothing.When she called to tell my that my computer came in, 2 days later, I asked if they had fixed the pixel line. She informed me that they had not and then wanted to charge me full price. After she spoke with her boss, he nicely knocked off ten dollars. My computer is still freezing, even though it is not supposed to be. I failed to mention that I asked them to look it over and to try and find the problem. Not only is it freezing, but I have a nice white pixel line going down the screen. While I was informed that I had a 3 month warranty with them, I don’t want to take my computer back. It was not just the experience that makes me want to stay away. When I walked into the shop to pick up my computer, I could hear someone yelling on the phone about the computer. I heard the worker give the same response that they gave me. “Your computer is not in yet and we don’t know when it will be in.” Better communication with their techs may help. Now I have to find another shop to take my computer to and hope that they can get my computer to stop freezing and get rid of the pixel line.

Kayla and Idalia are the best sales reps ever. The prices are never to high or to low. The managers are the greatest ever. Would deal with them in the near future. The tech does a wonderful job every time I break my phone or if I need a new software installed on my computer. Recommend this place.

The staff is very nice and polite. Verify your items before you purchase them.The items are similar to factory items but are not. If, you want an item that is similar to the original at a discounted price....this a good place to purchase.

The staff is very professional. They have excellent customer service especially their manager she is very polite and understanding. They have amazing prices and work with you as much as they can. Some of their stuff is refurbished but very great quality. And for affordable prices. I will definitely be making this my store. Oh and they also fix electronics I got my iPhone fixed for a very low price. Everyone is so polite but most of all their girls that work there awesome staff.

Is not computer zone. Its a tobacco and cbd shop. They have pretty much anything you need if you smoke anything. They also sell clothes, bookbags, candy and other items you usually pick up at a gas station

I brought my laptop to Computer Zone with the hope that my issues could be resolved. Sadly, I was disappointed due to the lack of communication and willingness to fix my laptop. There was a lot of back and forth between myself and the store representative promising to contact the technician, and that they would call me to get a better understanding of what I needed, but the call never came.The issues with my computer dealt with the external sound, and I needed to have a part replaced on my computer. After speaking with the store representative and explaining my issues, I was told that there was a chance my laptop could be fixed but nothing was guaranteed. I was also informed that all of my files would need to be backed up and then after that the technician would have to do a factory reset.I was fine with this as long as it could be guaranteed that my files would be safe, but no one could reassure me of this, so I decided to have my laptop returned to me. After speaking with the representative and informing them that I wanted my laptop back, they proceeded to tell me that they couldnt fix my laptop after all and that my files couldnt be backed up as stated.This was baffling to me to say the least. I cant say that I would recommend Computer Zone to anyone. Needless to say, I still have my sound issue and missing computer part.

This place is horrible. I took my HTC Bolt there to replace the screen for ($120.00). The technician did replace my screen and it work fine. When I got home I noticed light coming from around the edges of my phone. I took the phone back and explained to the manager that my phone has light coming from the edges after the repair. I leave the phone. When I picked up my phone it looked OK. I get home and I noticed they didnt fix the problem. They colored in the edges where the light was coming in at with a black marker. Never will they get my business again.

Took them almost a month to fix my computer. Geek squad fix it in a day. Oh yeah. After they fix it, it broke down two week later. I did not go back, because I didnt want them to take three months to fix it. So I end up going to geek squad

First off if there is anything wrong with your computer this is the place to go I was there last week and I couldnt have been more satisfied than what I am right now, this place gives you free estimates and they give new life to your computer. I took in my laptop because I broke my screen and they were able to fix it the next day it works better then before they put in the windows software and Im really pleased that I went to them after all. If there is more than one thing wrong with your computer they will give you a discount and everything they have to fix. Bottom line dont go anywhere else until you try going to Computer Zone trust me you will be satisfied as well.

Shop under new owners and workers. The tech must use YouTube to fix computers. Wish the same people own it.

They dont seem to know the difference between authentic and refurbished. I recently bough a pair of Bose Soundsport Free and when asked whether or not they were authentic she said yes they are but they are refurbished. Once home I couldnt connect them to the Bose app and the next day the left earbud completely wasnt functioning. I did my research on how to tell a fake from a real one and everything checked out to be a fake item. When I came back to the store they said that they could only exchange them but I would have to remove the wing on the earbud due to it being used. Dont waste your time or money on this scam shop.

The sell items for the cost of an original and when u get to store they say it’s a refurbished item. The box is fake it’s not an original jbl box and the speaker cost 35 dollars online if you search it on a knockoff website they were charging 265 for it. What a joke. It’s clearly a new fake jbl. They are selling fake items in their store the store owner hides in the back while the scam is being done. To say he’s unaware of what’s happening. Don’t buy anything from here.

The only reason Im giving them one star is the fact that I have to in order to write this review. The only positive comment I will write is the fact that the owner was able to call me back after them having the ps4 for 2 months to tell me they were unable to repair the ps4 and gave me my money back . Customer service sucks! I would call multiple times and no one would answer my calls or return my calls after calling them multiple times .It got to the point we actually when up there to speak to a employee more then once may I say also. 1st time they gave me back the ps4 they claim it was fixed NOPE it sure was NOT.... after having it for a month . Very frustrating having to deal with these people for nothing to get done . Just a waste of time. Also one of the employees looked like he was high.

All the stuff these guys sell is pure garbage! it is all fake merchandise. the ps4 controllers are replicas and they sell them as originals, the repairs they do are as good as their fake products they stop working within a couple weeks or they brake alot easier because of the cheap quality parts they use. dont trust these guys with your stuff they will also go thru your personal data in your phone they left my picture app open after they supposedly fixed my phone.

You have to come to these guys ONLY. Dont go to UbreakIFix. I needed my phone to turn on to do a backup, but my battery was broke, not fully, just malfunctioning. I didnt want to pay for a full repair because I planned on getting a new phone. These guys installed a temporary charging port so my phone can turn on and I did the backup in store. Previously, I went to Ubreakifix for the battery port, but got a refund cause they tried to lie to me saying the home button stop working. So after I got what I thought was a refund with my old port, I found out that UBreakIFix never gave me my old port and instead left the new one inside and “cut the wire” so it can go back to being “broken”. Never would have found out if it wasnt for We Fix. TRUST THESE GUYS

Fake stuff here, claim they sell refurbished items at this store. I bought a pair of headphones from an ad I saw online, person selling them never mentioned that the headphones were refurbished, the headphones are clearly fake. They only sell fake stuff here.

This place is a scam. I have bought a playstation 4 controller and it is an imitation. I have also bought a Samsung 8 plus Phone charger and it is also a fake reproduction. The cell phone charger heats up so hot Im afraid its gonna burn something. They have taken a total of $60 from me and I have received imitation garbage.

I bought a ps4 controller because it was advertised on Letgo for a lover price but it turned out to be a fake controller, the box didnt even have the right color name on it.

Lied about calling me more than 4 times and won’t answer my calls anymore. Their customer service is the worse.
