We can all relate to our every day technology challenges that sometimes can emerge through our own lack of tech skills...embarrassing, but true! I worked with Mike at MXOtech today and he provided me with exceptional customer service in a relaxed, fun, and very helpful way. It’s rare that you can laugh at your own tech challenges, but Mike never made me feel like I was asking a silly question. He was great about asking me to show him exactly what I was dealing with and then found ways to help me quickly resolve those issues. While staying on the line with me he also took a quick look at my updates that were needed, took care of those, and let me know that if I continued to have any issues to reach out to him......now THAT is customer service! Kudos MXOtech!

MXOtech did a great job in helping us identify our shortcomings through their technology and security audit. They took it a step further and prepared a technology road map which we have been following for the last year. We’ve never worked with an IT company who was so proactive and strategic. They also did a Business Process Improvement assessment on our work-flows and eliminated hundreds of hours in manual work replacing it with technology. They go beyond help desk support and network management. We feel like we have a true technology partner.

You probably hear this about Michael Wozny all the time, but I would like to reiterate that he is such a pleasure to work with. Woz was here in our office on Friday and then we ran into an issue and he personally came out to our office for 2 hours today to repair the issue and assist with so many other fires. Not only does he repair, but he does so with foresight and all while explaining in layman’s terms what he is doing and how we can take preventive measures in the future. We moved our office in the middle of a pandemic. MXO took down our server, prepped it for the move, reconnected our server in its new location and had us up and running within a day and a half. MXO was also instrumental in ensuring new internet access by the time of our scheduled move. We required our down-time to be minimized and MXO delivered. This project was executed professionally and efficiently.
