They do excellent work. Alterations great work as well .

They cleaned a pea coat for me that had mold on it and did an amazing job. It was also affordable and the man who assisted me was quite nice.

Needed dress alterations for a holiday party.Had 1 week to complete, went to pick it up and the sleeves were sort of goofy, the sweet owner was able to make the adjustments within a few minutes and I was on my way to the party.Really affordable alterations too!

They put a brand new lining in an older (purchased at Marshall Fields, not Macys), very long, wool winter coat. EXCELLENT JOB!!!! The coat is practically new again. Will use their services again & again.

I use Sterling Cleaners for all my dry cleaning needs because I’m an IT professional. They are really good at getting stains out and they always have been kind and courteous. They listened to my concerns and questions. My wife had a stain on her dress and Sterling was able to get them out. Also Sterling is conveniently located near my apartment so I do not need to search far. Best of all they are family owned and operated.

Trustworthy and reliable. This is a really great company. I brought in over $300 worth of clothes to be altered, including jeans and skirts, and they did a superb job on every item. I was nervous about it because I didnt want to ruin some of my $200 pairs of jeans, but they did such a good job! I will always bring my clothes here to be altered. The woman who helped me is always so nice and patient while taking the measurements. I trust them completely with my clothes.

I brought cream pants in that I bought from white house black market. I had worn them one time and got a little splatter of mud on one pant leg. I was being lazy and decided to greet then dry cleaned. They have them back to me with blue marks all over them. I brought them back and they said they probably wouldnt be able to fix them because it looked like their iron took the color out of the pants. They tried to clean them again and charged me, but couldnt fix them. I told them that they ruined a pair of brand new and really expensive pants and the owner literally said he didnt care and gave me a credit for my next cleaning, which I will not be using.

First of all, let me mention that Eunis is very accommodating and knows what she is doing. A couple of months ago, I had procrastinated getting a dress hemmed and altered for a wedding I had to attend in Michigan and after googling alteration shops, I came across Sterling Cleaners. It was very convenient as its one block away from my office.I had no idea that it was by appointment only (Eunis makes sure she gives close attention to every client) but when I went in and told her my story, she made the exception. I took it in on Wednesday and she had it ready and pressed by Thursday!She did a really great job and the difference was noticeable. Worth every penny.
