I live on a private driveway and this company must have been servicing one of my neighbors. They were pulling up the driveway to leave and they stopped right in front of my house, the driver rolled down the truck window and began to wash his hands with a water bottle. Once he was done washing his hands, he just dropped the water bottle on the ground and drove away. Who throws trash on the driveway of a neighbor of one of their customers? Completely disrespectful and unprofessional, though from the reviews I read on here and Yelp I guess I shouldnt be surprised.

Called to see if they could have someone look at my gas furnace and he said, Ill see if I can get someone out there tonight and Ill call you back within an hour. Two weeks later and still no call.

I have had the most horrible experience with this company within the past year. I have a few projects that they completed for me but in the process of me getting them to honor the warranties I can not get them to even come out and look at the problems I am having, nevertheless they avoid my calls and always say we are on our way if I do get in comtact with them. If I could give Stars for poor performance I would definitely have an entire page full. Now I have to get someone to get the problems fixed that they would not honor. I had to put a star just so I could post this.

I did check with Groupon. I am not from a competitor, and you are just showing your true colors. In fact, I accidentally had your company to my house from a postcard you sent out, and the guy tried to tell me it was going to be hundreds of dollars to clean my chimney.Original review They wont honor a Groupon I bought. Not even the smaller value that is not supposed to ever expire. I talked to Joel and he refused. Told me that I was wrong about the part that never expires and he just wont do it.

Awful. Cant get ahold of anyone from this company. They missed their scheduled appointment twice. Didnt call to tell us they would be late. Avoid this company at all costs
