Terrible. Employee was rude immediately even though I called and verified what I should do to cash my clients money order.Called Paul and he made no sense with regard to his policy.Claims his Uncle is a federal judge and he knows the laws as a result. Paul isn’t ok with accepting money orders from his own establishment though.Gain some self respect Paul.

It’s 9:37 and they’re still closed. Says they open at 8:30am. No one in sight or to answer my knock on the door. Ended up leaving.

When the line is too long at the Currency Exchange in Thompson Center, this is a great location. Its a hidden gem. You have to go through security. Female cashier was friendly and asked if I need anything else.

What a rip-off! Dont ever go there!Wanted to exchange 800€ into dollars. Todays exchange rate was 1,17$ for 1€, yet, they offered barely 1,07$ per euro... AND in addition, 5% commission! I was in a rush and accepted...that meant that for 800€ i got 816,32$ (they took 42,96$ commission). Conclusion: again, dont ever go there! Avoid this place at all cost!

Woman at the front desk extremely rude and racist. Nothing wrong with my check watched me sign it at her desk then said they dont take pre signed checks

The woman that takes care of me...Because it feels like she is taking care of me every time I go in there, is a wonderful person. I only wish my bank was as courteous and efficient. Im glaring at you BMO!
