I was referred to this establishment. To my disappointment I actually witnessed a working curse a customer out for tipping him $3.00. Another worker disappeared and returned several minutes later nodding w/cigarette hanging from corner of his mouth.Now…. The Saddest action I witnessed was the 3rd worker cursing out hisfemale Boss (owner) loudly because the customer inside vehicle was so NASTY that he Refused to clean it unless he received a proper TIP… as I watched and listened in disbelief. We have high homelessness/ employment problems.So after waiting my turn…. I expressed to owner my disappointment as customer. That I’m refusing customer service. And please Get Me Out Of Here. My spirit was off for a minute after witnessing that

Today was my 1st time ever going to TopHat hand car wash and I was highly impressed. The people there were very friendly but most of all I was completely satisfied with my car wash. I highly recommend this car wash to anyone whos searching or in need for a excellent wash.

Washing was ok. The drying off of vehicle was terrible. Didnt try half the glass. Glass they did dry was Really streaked. Didnt clean off marking they made on inside of glass, I had to do it when I got home!!

I dont know why it takes 3.5hrs to wash a small suv and they are over priced! The customer waiting area would be OK if the TV actually worked. The cable is disconnected...thats fine..but why not have an antenna.?you make me wait nearly 4hrs with no form of entertainment. .? The owner seems cheap. ..dude hire more people SERIOUSLY! !!!!! I will never come back here NEVER!!!!!!
