This was my first visit and I will definitely be back! Amazing job and attention to detail, as well as pocket friendly! Superior hand car wash indeed! Thank you again for making my car 🚘 sparkly clean! If anyone is having hesitations, don’t, you end spending more at those automatic car washes and only get damage to your car.

I went 30 minutes before this place closed. They told me they would wash my car thoroughly and that it would be no problem. When I received my car back the car wasn’t fully clean at all. Big dirt spots were all over my car. My window still had smeared dirt spots all over it as well. I asked them 3 times to go back over the myriad of smear and dirtied areas around the car. When they went over it they did a lackadaisical job and they still did not clean it thoroughly! 10 minutes before closing time is when I pointed out all the smears, dust, sticky areas on the car and one of the workers looked me dead in the eyes and said “do you know what time it is?” If they didn’t want to wash my car they could’ve told me, not take my money and do a lackluster attitude then give me bad customer service. At this point I was just ready with the whole experience to be over so I asked to see their towels and cleaned the dirty areas of the car myself even though I payed them for the service.

They used to pay attention to detail. Nowadays I have to finish the job myself. Not sure how the dust, dirt or trash remains after vacuuming and wiping. The outside looked stellar but why is cleaning the interior hit or miss? Sometimes they do it and other times they majorly half-arse it. Going down the street to try out the competition next time instead.

Amazing service! They leave my car thoroughly cleaned. The carpets and surfaces (interior and exterior) are spotless and they leave it smelling fresh and clean. Depending on the day, the wait time can be long but trust me, its worth it!

I went just an hour ago, and it was a wasting time... My car is duty inside of the door, rhe speed change and the complete service included varnished the front panel and nothing of that they did.... I was so mad when i noticed

Service is just okay. Waiting room isnt that welcoming and the finished result of the carwash is so so... I honestly was expecting more. Something more detailed, I still found some garbage and dirt inside my car and carpets werent placed right, they just put the inside de car.

Outside wash was good. Interior not so much.

This is the nearest hand car wash to me so Im trying it out for the first time and so far theyve been nice and patient, my car is a absolutley filthy, one of the washers said dont worry were going to her all cleaned up and I told him thank you. So far theyve been understanding a young man asked me what Im getting done and gave me my ticket to pay and take it to the cashier. Cash only!So the cashier is some random guy walking around with a paid stamper therefore no actual pay area.They did a good job.

If you’re trying to escape or get away from your wife, husband, and/or kids for a good hour this is the place to be....they do a great job cleaning the car but damn!! You gotta have nothing but time and patience for this place to be done with your car.

Got there at 6:20 and says they close at 7pm. Guy told me they are done taking cars.... what a waste of time. I can understand 15 min prior but 40 minutes??? Ridiculous

The first time I went i was really impressed. The last 3 times I have gone despite paying for the complete option, I have ended up having to vaccum my car on my own after. They dont even move the mats to vacuum. Super disappointed.

I had a great experience, they did a wonderful job cleaning my car inside and out, i will def return again.

It was a horrible job. I couldve done better myself. They didnt clean the tires right they didnt vacuum the car good nor cleaned the inside. Then I still gave the guy a tip and he didnt even say thank you rude.

They use to be good they fell off I like my white lettering on my tires clean they for some reason didnt do until I mentioned it to be honest all these midway car washes stink go north or wash your own car.... p.s dont ever try the one on Archer and Knox they super suck...

Omg ....Rude workers. The man that washed my truck told me straight up.. Tell me if your going to give me a good tip so i can do a good job on your truck....... He said i usually get tiped $20 .. that is more than whats to wash my truck shame on the workers!!!!!

I just came from We Wash on Halsted by Cermak and their detailing job was so bad that I had to come here to give a review because I usually come to Superior. These guys know how to wash and clean a car. Sometimes theres few little things they miss but its okay because they actually clean the whole car, inside and out. I will never try another car wash place, I dont know why I just didnt come here instead of We Wash.
