Trash Quality Car Wash should be the name. Used to have different owners, now its a WASTE of money and time. Youd think because the line was long it must be good - WRONG! I waited over an hour. My car on the outside was still dirty when it came out the wash. Then the person cleaning my car did a horrible rushed job. Nasty. Inside they barely vacuumed, wouldnt even wipe the rearview mirror, didnt even bother with the middle console. Its so sad it has to be such poor service in this community. I even went to the manager to complain and he didnt do anything to help. I wish I could have gotten my money back but rest assured Ill just NEVER ever go again.

Paid for the Ultimate wash and I asked to have my mats cleaned. Well the outside looks ok but the interior looks the same way before I paid for the service. Too hot to be arguing with the manager about quality of service,he just wants the money.Definitely wont be going back.

The prices went up... I still tipped... My windshield was still dirty with smashed insects & my dash was still dirty with no vacuum... I paid for the works... Lazy, sloppy work that makes me uninterested in going back ever... I work too hard to be taken for granted.

Car was not cleaned and vacuumed correctly. Garbage was left in my car that I instructed to throw away. After paying for the ultimate wash I still had to personally vacuum my car myself.

Its always a pleasant visit its just sometimes people dont like to do there job n if Im paying for an ultimate wash I want MY MONEY WORTH. I understand your not a detail car place but you have to clean thoroughly what comes with the wash you know .... Anyway all Im saying look over your vehicle before you leave then youll be okay ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIKE TO TIP 😉☺️

The person that did the inside cleaning didnt do a very good job, rear window still dirty, wiped the console but not the complete dash, or I side doors. The car was very dirty so I didnt complain and still left a $20.00 tip

Horrible horrible I waited an hour just for the inside of my car to look like it hasn’t been touched. It was a rushed job literally I clean my car better then that but since I had surgery I went here for a service. And get this I paid for the ultimate service they kept saying come back and we will redo but my money didn’t come back so why should I. Just rude unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend, also my door jams wasn’t clean and had dust residue everywhere LOL what a waste of my money and time.

I paid for the ultimate wash and the interior cleaning of my car was lack luster. The door jams were not cleaned at all, the dashboard was half cleaned, and the column where the you change gears was not touched. When I brought it to the cleaners attention, he went back to address the issues I had and still did not clean the areas I had issues with thoroughly. He seemed to be bothered that I questioned his lack of thoroughness. I will not be back. This carwash definitely didnt live up to its name.

Gr8 car wash for a decent price, especially on the discount days. I recommend tipping the person that hand dries your vehicle before he or she gets started. You will generally get better service and maybe an added perk by doing so.

Great service when everyone comes to work

There is this one stud that works there, skinny, dreads and glasses. She spent way too much time talking, walking away from the car she was servicing while the girl whos car it was stood freezing. More than 7 minutes she was away from the car and then proceeded to sit in the car and converse with the car person next to her. That car person could work and talk - not her, she continously stopped cleaning while the poor girl stood out in the cold. Had it been my car I wouldve went the hell off. I wouldve straight fired her if it was my business and I saw that type of poor customer service.

I paid $18 for ultimate wash. I was expecting an ultimate wash. The bird poop on my front bumper was still there, the cup holder wasnt cleaned and I didnt get my seats vacuumed or cleaned down. First and last time there.

This is a very popular place to have your vehicle cleaned. This is my third time coming here but I was impressed from my very first time, obviously, as Ive been coming back ever since my first day. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel that for those that pay with credit cards such as myself would appreciate knowing that you can charge for cash back so that you may tip when the work rates. Other than that minor issue this place is first-rate. It is a little beat up from wear and tear over time but that doesnt take away from its quality service.

I see why we spend our money outside of our neighborhood, each time I go here they always disappoint me. I go because its convenient. If you wash cars for a living then take pride in doing it. They never clean my car right and I still give them a tip. what happened to the customer is always right. The on-site supervisor should inspect all the cars before leaving.

One of my favorite movies is Car Wash and this place reminds me of the movie :) I like that they have different levels of washes and some things are listed ala carte. I got a basic car wash with tire shine for $9.99. The inside of my vehicle was pretty clean but after watching the team clean the interior of other vehicles this is the place to go. I had a full tank of gas and a nice clean car to hit the road back to Indianapolis. Thanks Quality Car Wash!

Was just here at 5:50pm today (Sunday). I really needed to get my car washed, so I rushed here from work & arrived only to be told they close at 6:00. When I replied, Its not 6:00 yet I was then told so nonchalantly, Well they close 10 minutes early sometimes...Come back tomorrow at 7am. REALLY?!? The hours on Google Maps are listed for customers to be clear about your hours of operation. If you close whenever you feel like it, why bother?? It wouldve been much easier to head over to a car wash closer to work, but my preference was to come here.Todays experience just changed my mind completely!

This car wash is one the nicest and quickest car wash Ive been to. There is always people working to knock out the cars as fast as possible. They give a 2 dollar off any wash if you drive uber or lyft. Sometime the lines can get long at times but it moves pretty fast. Be advised never go mid afternoon or early evening wait time will be 30 to 45 minutes. You should tip the guys who dry off and detail but its not excepted.

It is a automatic carwash with people who hand dry your car. They clean the onside of your windows clean the floor mats vacuum the carpets. They also shine your tires and rims. They also have early bird specials. Ladies day specials and mens day specials.

I was worried they wouldnt get off bugs and mud from road trip, but they treat and presoak areas before putting it through the machine. This makes everything come out clean and much faster than the hand car wash I used to go to. Ill be back to try out their full service wash.
