The guy Sean that detailed my car was very unprofessional. The guy did a half done job, the inside of my car was not vacuum thoroughly and he also solicit more gratuity money than what I offer him. I will never use their service nor recommend someone to use their service ever again

Why the owner and workers were very rude. We were waiting for 30min did not know they had a certain way to come in. They told us we had to get out of line and go behind car that just pulled up. Then she says they only have two people working. #Rude #Rude

Cj did an excellent job. But this was a two hour wait Supposedly they only had one hose. While I waited to enter a guy driving a BMW walked in then walked out. Once I got in the car wash area his car was at the front of the garage being serviced. So he didnt have to wait in line. He was allowed to gain access thru the front of the garage. Not a good way to do business.

Soo yeah this was my first time here. Indoor washing was great my car actually wasnt that badto begin with. Im an experience detailer so I looked around to make sure everything G.Props to them!! Yeah Ill be coming back. Oh yeah I do like that upstairs chill while you wait....

I use this facility because they treat your vehicle as if it were their own! They do a superb job to your vehicle. Ive never had to return with a complaint! Im so proud to have this car wash in the immediate area. The workers/Owners are professional and friendly.

It was extremely slow. They may need to hire more workers. Everyone looked extremely tired in the morning. Maybe I came on the wrong Sunday. I couldnt wait over a hour to be serviced. Just have patience when going to this car wash. Wont be back.

I use to go here often in 2018 but had a couple of bad services. Been there twice since then. 2019 and 2021 and both times they open late. I left the line both times.

They do clean your very well. However due to their process the service is extremely slow. There is no way I should be in a carwash over 2 hours.

They do great work on cars, my problem is when you have to pay the pay machine she HAVE to open the door for you to stand in the office and you still have no privacy where others cant see your card information the PAYMENT WINDOW NEEDS A UPDATE.

Do a decent job on your car. However I move around early always the 1st one there. NEVER OPEN ON TIME. So far Ive waited 45 minutes + for them to open. Its ridiculous to be disrespected trying to spend your money. Sadly I will not return my time is valuable.

Car washer: Pay the cashier $8 then give me $10 so you dont have to tip. This way Ill give you the full package car wash. But I only take cash so you got to go find an ATM across the street....shady much

They do your car well but they treat you wrong if you dont give them a tip. They dont have an ATM or allow you to do cash back at the register, and most people dont carry change so what do they expect? Im not going to drive around Stony Island and pay $3 extra at a random ATM just to give them a tip. Tell the owner to invest in a tipping system on our cards or something convenient. And if youre in the service business, be comfortable with how much money you make without having to rely on someone to tip you extra.

I love this place. They cleaned my car so good to the point where it was show room ready.

Great car wash, but take wayyyy to longgggg....

Woman that answered the phone and stated she was the manager was rude and unprofessional by snapping on me cause I wanted to discuss her statement of we are closed for rain and whatever reason. Cause I was promised a free carwash due to the worker not vacuuming under my mats or wiping down the inside of my vehicle. She said it took me too long to return for the free carwash. Everytime I went by they was closed. And she hung up the phone in my face. Wonder why we dont want to patronizeour own community, no education and no professional training.

They dont have clean towels period and its a dangerous hazardous place that I ever worked at please dont go there

Car was cleaned but it wasnt completely dry. I paid for a wash that supposed have included a spray wax. It rained a few days later, while the rain was supposed to bead off of the paint it did not. Once the rain dried it was right back dirty again. I will wash my own vehicle next time. The purpose of getting a hand car wash and spray wax is to keep it clean for a few days longer even when it rains. While I dont expect it to be spotless for months, I was hoping to get through at least a week with rain.

Very disappointed I had my car washed there last night my windows were still dirty, rims were still dirty vacuum inside was half assed and maybe because the worker was so interested in being on the phone while washing my car instead of cleaning it correctly 😡
