I cant overstate how poor the customer service is (or this location may not exist?!?). We had a confirmed reservation that involved delivery of the car to us, and when we called multiple times in the days leading up to our reservation we only got a voicemail saying the mailbox was full. When our confirmed delivery time came and went we tried calling and got the same full mailbox every time. We spent hours on the phone with Enterprises general customer service line, while rep after rep unsuccessfully tried to reach this location. One even told us this location does not have a phone which is insane. Call after call resulted in 1) the call being dropped around the 30 minute mark, or 2) a promise to reach this location and contact us (we never heard from anyone). We eventually arranged to pick up a car from a different location, still never having spoken to anyone here or learned what went wrong. We left detailed feedback through the corporate site and after replies from multiple people who obviously had not even read our emails, were finally told a manager from this location would reach our. To our SHOCK (/s), nobody has contacted us. Appallingly bad customer service from everyone (except the Uptown location we actually got a car from, they were great, go there instead).
