Strongly recommend not doing business with this company. They do not support Konica Minolta products properly.

Bit overprice, views were fantastic

Impact Networking has sponsored our school, Pickard Elementary, a Chicago Public School located in the Pilsen neighborhood for about ten years. They began our partnership through the Sun Times Letters for Santa program. After the first year, they adopted us as their own. The entire staff participates in funding and organizing the gifts, specifically pairing gifts with the childrens letters and then wrapping and delivering each gift by Santa himself. These actions speak volumes about the business Impact runs, the depth of their belief in community and their humble positions as citizens.

My company have been with Imapact for around 10 years. And we are very satisfied with their service and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone. We have built a great partnership.

By far the worst company for any office needs/services Ive ever had to deal with.Our sales reps name was Melissa. She was rude and generally unhelpful. It would take her days to get back to us, then act annoyed that we needed something in the first place.The techs are even worse. I had the same experience as the person that wrote the other review. They came in smelling like smoke, they were late, had bad attitudes, worked slow. The first was Brian. He couldnt fix what needed to be fixed, said he would come back later and never did. Then called in sick the next day, so his manager Mike came, and he was worse. He spent the majority of the 3 hours (at $120/hr) he was here lounging in my chair at my computer on the phone with the manufacturer. Long story short, after about 5 days of not getting back to me, he tried to say something that cost $2000 was broken. In the meantime, I had a second company, Imagetec, come out and take a look at it, and fixed the problem free of charge.GO WITH IMAGETEC OR REGAL!!! BETTER PRICES, BETTER SERVICE!
