It’s a very bad experience with their services. They took my money very fast but take very long time to resolve the case and require more fee for faster service when the first appraiser had not done his job on time. Definitely not professional at all.

I want to thank the team including Eric, Matthew, Riya, Trevor and the many others I harangued over the last 24 hours for getting my appraisal done on a rush. They were all extremely professional and helpful and despite my complete stressing out, put me at ease. Highly recommend!!!

This company is the worst Ive ever heard of! I own and operate a Home Improvement and Property Management company in New Haven, CT and was lucky enough to find a young lady who I hired as my assistant for the management aspect, and she has met or exceeded every expectation that I had of an assistant! So, I only ended up being so lucky to find her because she was working for First look appraisals when her mom got sick and was diagnosed with cancer. This company gave her 12 days off, then made her come back to work, and told her that she could live for years. Unfortunately, her mother passed within 2 months of that time, and that time was literally stolen from her by this company which in my eyes in completely despicable, and heartless! I wish she had been working for me at that time because I would have let her do everything from home as BOTH jobs could be done that way, but they wouldnt even consider that! She finally quit, and I was lucky enough to have her become a part of my company. The bottom line is this is a morally lacking, heartless, uncompassionate, and just a horribly corrupt place to work!

Do not use this company. They completely undervalued my property and when we tried to show them that the comps they pulled weren’t true comps they kept saying I’ll have a manager call you back. They they take days to callback. Very unprofessional -and incompetent.

This is the far worse appraisal company we ever done business with. The appraiser came to our house without making an appointment. Good thing we were home. We had to wait over 3 weeks for the completion of the report. Stay far away from this company

Absolutely horrible service. NO accountability to deliver products on time. Appraisals consistently 4-8 days late with no consequences for appraiser to committed turn times, even with extra rush fees paid. Type errors on the simplest things cause more delays and take 3-4 days to get corrected due to poor quality control. IF AN APPRAISAL IS MORE THAN 48 HOURS LATE AND THE APPRAISER HAS BEEN TO THE HOME AT LEAST 5 DAYS BEFORE THE REPORT DUE DATE, THE APPRAISER SHOULD NOT BE PAID AND THAT MONEY SHOULD BE RETURNED TO THE BORROWER. YOUR APPRAISER COST MY CLIENT MORE THAN $2000 IN EXTENSION FEES DUE TO BEING LATE AND TYPE ERRORS FOR THE SIMPLEST THINGS.

I used to briefly work for this company and honestly it’s the worst. They barely train you so it’s hard to provide any support for calls to come in. Worked under a Shannon, literally an uptight individual who should never been in a manager role since she could provide no managerial support what so ever. So funny part is they won’t give you health insurance until they decide to fire you 5 months later. Thank god I was given that opportunity out.

Very poor customer service with the Columbus Ohio office. My Mortgage Company, my realtor and myself have been calling for over a week to get my appraisal corrected. Empty promises with still no resolution in site. Escalated to management with still no results. My closing had to be cancelled and now I’m in limbo with my belongings and a place to live.

This company is absolutely useless, how bad?...when they appraise a 4 bedroom house as a 3 bedroom house, use 50 year old houses as comp on a 15 year old house...the worst part is that even when you point out their blatant mistakes, they still refuse to fix it!!! NEVER use this company 😡

The measurements were off by a good bit. We thought it was a mistake and asked if they would come back out and remeasure. They told us it wasn’t worth it. The difference was almost 200 square feet. Not worth it? Avoid this company.

Had a rush file with explicit instructions in the notes to charge the card on file for the rush fee. Nobody obviously read the note and put a hold on my report that I had to spend my afternoon tracking down the right course of action manually fix. If you put a hold on my rush report that I am paying extra for why not tell me. Worst appraisal communication Ive ever seen almost cost me a deal.

The absolute worst - had an appraisal done for a property in Florida - their appraisal came in $25K below previous appraisal a year before after $100K in property improvements not to mention the market has gone up. Used comps that arent even close in square footage or amenities. Dont use this company.

Worst company in the history of companies. Incompetence on the part of the appraiser was the only thing holding up the closing which completely screwed up the process for everyone involved. Management company didnt care and did nothing to correct the problem.

Terrible review given, de-value property and other comp.They ask to give a review before appraisal was submitted which I regret sending.Why would the person destroy what one works hard for, shame on them,we pay a lot of taxes the county says we must pay.He didnt even consider a 17% increase in value when Amazon arrives in the area.

Havent even completed appraisal and charged my business account for a wrong appraisal.

Was disappointed in my appraisal. I emailed them as they noted if there were any questions and they will not answer my emails. Do not use anybody who is managed by them.

Management is very nice and seems like they actually care but the appraisers that they employ are completely unprofessional .I was cursed at and threatened by one of their appraisers after asking why it took an extra two days to turn in docs my lender required.

This was the worst training I have ever experienced in my life they tell you you have one year to learn the business and a train and that they will give you the tools to learn the business but thats not the case they want you to learn the business within two weeks of working there the training is terrible the management sucks and their information is not accurate their systems are the worst ever never work here.

DO NOT USE THEM. I have been working on a file for a month an a half just waiting on this company. The appraiser forgot to call my client for a week to set up the appraisal. After that they were late by about a week to deliver the report. Same issue with the revision and desk review.

They missed the objection date by two days.
