As a Bed and Breakfast Hotel, getting repairs addressed in a timely manner is extremely important. Especially in Emergency situations. Our Grand Tuscan Suite the largest room in our hotel had a pipe burst and water starting gushing out everywhere, we luckily came across Real Restoration group and they were able to respond immediately to our call. They quickly remediated and diagnosed the issue to follow with a complete restoration of a meticulously designed Italian themed historical hotel. From planning and sourcing material we were amazed how experienced and seamless they made the experience. Highly recommend them.
