Really bad experience with blood drawing. I preferred to be drawn on the left arm but the first assistant failed to draw on TWO tries on my left and had to call on another more experienced assistant to draw from my right arm. Even on my right arm, they had to do ANOTHER two tries. So in total two tubes of blood costed me four needles and every one of them was VERY painful. I’ve drawn blood before and it was never this difficult to the point that I felt passing out.Though these people have nice attitudes, the technical skills need improvement or more training.

Amazing service. Went on a Friday and maybe waited 2 minutes. The blood draw was very fast which usually doesn’t happen to me. Would come back.

Took off class to show up on time for my scheduled appointment. Place was dirty and overcrowded. An hour later and I still have not been seen. Why offer scheduled visits if you are not going to honor them? Avoid this location like the plague.

The taller guy (don’t want to assume people’s race) poked me in the muscles and couldn’t get the blood draw done. When he pulled the needle my blood was coming out but he stands there doesn’t know what to do. It hurts so much. Worst experiences of my life. Then I requested for another nurse (shorter guy) and it went through easily.Updates: a HUGE bruise after the blood draw even tho it didn’t hurt a lot. See picture. And stay away from this location.

Totally agree with the comment about the Hispanic guy that works there at 11 a.m. I asked a simple question about what to do if I do not have a physicians order since this was my first visit and he shamed me for not knowing this information by saying you cant go somewhere and just ask for weight loss pills. I was getting a weight loss comprehensive panel done as I am a body builder and just wanting to know where my horomone levels were at. I was not even trying to get weight loss pills as I do not need them. I told him he was being aggressive with me and he blamed me saying I am taking it that way. I asked him for a manager and he told me he was the manager which I highly doubt. I walked out and went to my PCPs office. Got my blood work done in a much kinder, patient centered, efficient way. I will not be back to this abusive place.

The Hispanic guy working 2/20/20 around 11am had such a bad attitude! I simply asked him how long would this take. I didn’t have an attitude and I didn’t raise my voice. All of a sudden he starts going on and on to this older lady there about how the young generation has to be taught and blah blah. Firstly, I respect my elders and simply asking about the time frame of my service shouldn’t cause a ruckus. He needs to be fired! He so disrespectful

Theyre currently drug testing before 11am and after 1pm only. I didnt see this anywhere in their website, and I called to confirm times. I wasnt able to connect with anyone, and their hours arent updated.

I cant think of anything bad to say about this place. Employees were very professional and polite. Everything was done pretty quickly with no hiccups. Very clean as well.

The receptionist was incredibly rude. I asked if they were open on a Sunday and the response was, with incredible sarcasm, “do you work on a Sunday?”. What am I meant to do with that. Just answer the question and be polite.

The Hispanic guy has great customer service! As customer i feel appreciated and great place to get your labs done.

I had a good experience! Made an appointment the day before online, checked myself in and was seen immediately! Technician was friendly and professional. Out in 15 minutes. The office was slightly dingy but nothing too bad.

Updated my review below...After reading reviews at other LabCorp locations, I chose Erie Street. I had a negative experience at another location (Naperville) and was definitely doing my research before jumping into this facility againI made an appointment and my check in experience was easy and fast. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and professional. I was taken on time and the lab was clean. He was very fast and efficient at my draw and I was out in no time!Skip the other locations If you have a choice. Maybe management should start looking at individual locations and strive for improving to a higher standard. It looks like they did at Erie Street........Update.....Although the blood draw was painless, I still have a nasty bruise a week later. I have experienced light bruising in the past, but this looks like someone took a baseball bat to my inner arm.

I had previously visited this lab about a year ago and the experience was okay, but not great. The additions of new technology to book online and self-check-in got me in and out at a time that worked for me. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and got me taken care of quickly. Great overall experience. My only knock is that I called a day or two before and no one answered the line. Thankfully, booking online made things simple.

I had a positive experience at this location. I was concerned about the other negative and outdated reviews. I chose to drop by in the afternoon to potentially avoid the morning crowd. There was only one other individual in the small waiting room. To check in, you will need to enter your information in a kiosk. There was only one kiosk, and I can imagine this being the bottleneck and source of frustration. For me, I was instantly called and was in and out quickly. Also, the staff members with whom I interacted were friendly and cordial.

Excellent service. I showed up a few minutes early, but they were able to assist me right away. I was out the door 2 minutes after my slated appointment start time. Extremely courteous and helpful staff.

**THE OFFICE IS NO LONGER LOCATED ON THE 5TH FLOOR, IT IS ON THE 6TH FLOOR. SUITE NUMBER 602** Had to do a 24 hour urine collection and came to here for the blood sample. The man at the front desk was very friendly and he was also the man who took my blood. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes did not even have to sit down, besides when my blood sample was being taken. I would definitely recommend this location to others. I would personally use their services again, should the need arise.

Came in for an employment drug test and was in and out of there in less than 10 min. Super fast. Decided on this location based on the reviews for the other labcorp located in the loop. Gentleman and the front desk was super nice and quick to get me out.

In and out quickly, staff was nice and polite and knew what to do as soon as I handed them my analysis sheet. No complaints really.

I had to retake a drug test at the last minute because somehow my original results from their Tinley Park location were lost in transit. They were very patient with me (it was a Friday and they were ready to go), efficient and I was out the door once I got the information I needed from my company. Would recommend to anyone in the city who prefers and/or frequents the Downtown area of Chicago.

They were supposed to fax results to my doctor. Written on doctors orders. Confirmed with receptionist that they would fax results when I left appointment. Of course they did not. Calling office to reach a live person. NO ANSWER. Phone cut off after several rings Waste of my time tracking results. WHY CANT PEOPLE FOLLOW DIRECTIONS1

The tech ignored the prescriptions that had been sent along and ended up doing less than half of the necessary work.

Only one employee doing testing. Online wouldn’t let you book an appointment. No one answers when you call. You wait in line with a room full of people, and people with mythical appointments get to go in front of you. Terrible experience.

That man was so rude to me, he yelled at me for not knowing to close the faucet over there. How the hell Im supposed to know about this!!! Fire that man!!

Horrible customer service. Didnt explain to anyone that we had to wait an hour just to take a 2 minute drug test

One slow, rude employee running the whole place. I arrived at 12:39 for a drug screen and was told that they would take me at 1pm. I told him I’d come back and I went to park my car. When I came back and signed in at 12:58 two other people had already signed in and he had taken one of them back for a drug screen.

Horrible Customer Service! Had an appointment and still had to wait an hour.

Have a drug screening due here...do they do urine or blood test for a drug test?
