I contacted Lakeview Glass to have them fix my shower door, which didnt close properly because the bottom was rubbing against the frame. From the first phone call with Nelly, I was impressed with their professionalism and service. When Francisco and his partner came out to my place, they did a very thorough job in fixing everything and replacing the hardware. I highly recommend this company and frankly, it was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor(s).

I called Lakeview when my sisters shower door hinge broke. I spoke to Nelly and she was absolutely wonderful. She was super sweet and answered every question I had. Nelly explained the process for them to come out and assess the repair. It all went down exactly as she explained. Francisco came out and did an excellent job. He took his time and remounted the door leaving it looking and working great. The price was very fair and I would highly recommend using them. I was looking for an antique mirror to install in an old ornate large picture frame. Researched and contacted 3 local companies. Lakeview Glass came through with beautiful antique mirror, installed exactly on time, with personalized and professional service. AND the cost was ONE-THIRD that of a another local factory for same item. I have already gone back to them to install the left-over mirror in another frame. Very highly recommend!

I contacted Lakeview glass to recommend and quote two jobs in our home in Hyde Park - 1. install a frame-less shower door, and 2. install a glass wall and door for acoustic isolation of a room turned office. They were very easy to schedule and were out in a few days. They quickly made a few recommendations with several options and suggestions and left some literature for us to consider. After deciding on the options we wanted, they accepted half the payment via credit card over the phone. They installed the items over a few hours a few days after the glass arrived at their office, cleaned up, and did good job!

We had a shower door that came off the hinges. The technicians, Francisco and Florencio, were extremely professional, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it within an hour. They even left the shower cleaner than when they arrived! Very happy with their work and they exceeded my expectations!

Lakeview glass was very easy to contact and schedule an appointment. When I called, Nelly was very friendly and informative. I honestly couldnt have asked for a more pleasant experience. The quote she gave me was very reasonable. They installed my shower doors quickly and were very efficient. Overall great experience. I definitely recommend them.

I had these guys fix a loose glass shower door. The first time it looked like it was fixed, but 3 months later, it became loose again. I told them their poor repair job didn’t last and there were no consolations. They came back to fix it but still charged me full price for the service visit. No warranty on their repairs. Beware!!! They claimed a towel that was nearby was causing the door to be loose — they could have said that the first time. Unclear if their current repair will stand the test of time....

We just moved into the area and needed a full length mirror in our condo. We visited the Lakeview Mirror office. We told them what we wanted. They visited the condo 2 days later and took the necessary measurements and 3 days after they they installed the mirror. They were very professional, neat, courteous and fast! I highly recommend them.

Great company, very friendly staff and outstanding customer service! They were the only ones that came through from trying to reach 10+ companies, by far they stuck out the best and I went with them and glad I did! They will have my business for all my branches for any future glass repairs!

I purchased a shower door and mirror from Lakeview Glass after receiving several quotes from different companies & I am really happy with the work they did. After Francisco came out to measure, I received a quote the same day. A girl at the office named Nelly kept me updated on my order which I found to be helpful. Completely unprofessional. Unreliable. Sketchy at best. They never gave me a written quote. When I called to press them to send it over, the receptionist hung up on me saying that it was being sent. I visited their showroom twice. They sent out a crew to take measurements. The crew was nice. The order was for three small windows. We were talking about $40 PSF for the materials and $600 to install the three small windows in a new construction garage. Installation did not include architectural trim. Big waste of time.

Glass shower door repaired!!! Our frameless glass shower door wouldnt close right and the company that installed it wouldnt come out to repair it. Lakeview Glass came to our house the day after I called to get a quote. I emailed a photo and they called back within 20 minutes to confirm they could fix my problem. Their guys fixed our shower door in less than 5 minutes and now it works perfectly.They called before they arrived to confirm I was home. Before the work started, the office called me to confirm that I approved the cost. Everything about working with Lakeview Glass was great.

Made an appointment several days in advance for an estimate. Worked from home and the appointment came and went. No call no show. I called the main number after our next estimate, who did show up, finished. I was told they got held up but can reschedule. According to who I spoke to they should have called but forgot to call. At this point they were roughly two hours past the already two hour long window.This is the most basic level of customer service that was completely missed. Cant give anything past zero stars.

Francisco was such a breath of fresh air after having a string of disappointing general contractor related mishaps. He is a straight shooter and made sure that I was aware up front that when the new tile was laid it was pitching the wrong direction but that he would do his very best to make sure water stayed in when he installed. I couldnt be happier with the end result its exactly what I wanted (and I very hard to please). He also went above and beyond by fixing something in the master shower that had not worked since I moved in. So great would highly recommend!

Do not go with Lakeview Glass! They are inconsiderate and untimely. I’ve had to call numerous times to pry updates out of them. It’s taken over three weeks to get a simple shower door installed - leaving me and my family with the inconvenience of not having our shower. No courtesy calls and zero updates without me having to call to find out when we’d have our install or why the technicians never showed. Unacceptable and hopefully I can save you from the disaster of dealing with their terrible service!!!
