Called and walked in for a great haircut!When the barbershop on Logan Square wouldn’t work me in without an appointment didn’t have any other shops to recommend, one of their customers in the chair recommended FIRST CLASS on Fullerton. I called them, and they said they could get me in in 30-40 minutes so I hiked over and waited about that long. The guy gave me a great buzz cut for $15 including use of a straight edge on my side-burns. Great experience.

Every one in the shop is nice and personable. Reasonable prices for great work. I highly recommend Lorenzo. Give this shop a try and you will not be disappointed.

Never been here just called to set up appointment. First of all who ever answered the phone had no phone manners what so ever. Secondly oh can I call you back in a half hour, and Not sure what available looks like we are going to be busy today. Like what? This is not a way to engage new inquiries. They must not want new business, anyways their loss. I guess I will keep looking.

My barber, Valdo, is good at his job. He cleaned me up while providing a comfortable atmosphere. Prices were reasonable, and I left looking Sharp.

Didnt even acknowledged me when I came in. Walked out after 30 minutes if having other customers show up after me and getting serviced. Its fine if you have appointments but let your walk-ins know, dont make us sit and wait like that. Bad experience.

The dude nearest the entrance was high and very rude also, he cuts hair very harshly. Don’t recommend getting a haircut with him & his charging price isn’t equivalent to how he cuts.

Does not stick to their appointments. Barber claims not to be available and on the app preferred, claimed that he wasnt going to be in.
