This law firm is a joke. They are very unprofessional despite what some of these other reviews may show on here. They are very lackadaisical and very unhelpful. Partly my fault for not doing my research on this firm before choosing them. I spoke with my lawyer once after a year and a half and didn’t tell me anything helpful. Waste of my time and his. I constantly had to email information month after month because of how long it took for them to file my case. I was the only one following up on my case as well. They lost my receipt of payment and accused me of not paying until I called and gave them details of my payment is only when they somehow found the receipt of payment. Very unorganized/ unprofessional. I became very frustrated! I couldn’t believe how they were handling my case. Only for them to give me an outrageous dollar amount of what I needed to pay a month is when I asked for a refund and should have received more than what I got back as my refund. Over 2 years of just a waste of time. I DO NOT recommend this law firm!

Craig and his team worked closely with my wife and I to navigate a judgement on a bad real estate deal and managed us through a difficult period financially. The B&D team closely monitored every aspect of the negotiation, litigation and settlement. My wife and I settled at 30% of the debt, re-financed our primary residence and cleaned up our under performing portfolio of rental proprieties.Bottom line, B&D listened, provided frank and direct advise, worked closely and around our personal situations and charged a fair price.Its very humbling to go thru this type of situation and B&D provided us with the honesty, frankness and support to come out of our BK, in a much better place.
