On-line appointment scheduling was easy. Office location was easily accessible (valet parking out front or Red/Blue line stations nearby). Dr. Noven was professional, fair and straight forward. We talked during the entire exam which made for a relaxing environment. He was informative about the FAA medical process and offered guidance for future medical exams. I will visit Dr. Noven as my AME for future FAA medicals.

The Doctor explained everything I needed to know, showed a vested interest in helping me, as well as follow up help that I will need in the future to get my FAA Medical approved for flights. I had a really good experience with Dr. Noven today. I went in for my FAA 1st class medical, and we had a nice conversation while he performed the required tests. The price was very competitive, and Ill definitely be coming back for my future exams. Theres easy access from the blue or red line trains. You could easily make it from one of the Ohare hotels on an overnight via the blue line if you got in early enough or werent leaving until late. Just make sure you type in the address in google maps instead of Executive Medical Services, as that will direct you to the wrong side of the building.

Dr. Noven is the most thorough internist I have ever had . He takes timne with me and I never feel rushed.

Dr. Robert Noven, while he made this a very quick visit, made it personal. It almost feels like visiting a friend that you haven’t seen since last year. Somebody that you can immediately feel that you can trust. He also made it very clear that if I ever have a question related to my medical or my health I can just go ahead and text him or contact him without hesitation to get an advice. I have been seeing Doctor Noven for a few years for my FAA First Class Medical, as I am a pilot for a Major US airline, and he’s and excellent Aviation Medical Examiner.It’s very evident that Doctor Noven cares about each pilot and, if required, would spend the extra time required to help pilots through any special issuances or other issues. He also likes to remind pilots that he’s always available to deal with any issues that occur between appointments, because he would rather be proactive and deal with issues when they become known than be surprised when it’s time for your next medical. It’s always reassuring to know your AME is available as a resource between appointments and won’t simply take your money and not be available when/if he’s truly ever needed.
