I have been with State Farm for a few Years now. Just recently added my house and multiple cars. My mother has been with Max Diaz for years and my extended family. Any time we have had any issues regarding a claim or emergency Max has always come through right away and has been very caring. Older lady with very broken English at this agency renders inferior service. She seems to get upset if you are Latino and prefer to speak English. After many years at this agency I decided to take my business to another State Farm agency. Representative lacks Professionalism, people and customer service skills. This is the very person you DO NOT want representing you if youre involved in an accident.
