The reason Im doing it now is I had a question for the agency and the quick response and the advice i received was right on. The John Nuzzo Agency insures our condo building. In the last year we have had two major claims. One involved damage to an outer wall in our parking area, the other involved damage to a unit from bursting pipes during the recent polar vortex. Both claims were complex and took several months to work through. For both claims, John assigned someone in the local office to work with me to answer questions and to keep the claims moving. John and others in his office called me several times a week to see if I had any questions needed their help in any way. The followed up with adjusters to insure I got quick answers and they explained long detailed documents whenever I needed assistance. The level of service they provided far exceeded my expectations.
