Most recently I came to Norwood Auto to have my cars airbag sensor fixed. They are very honest and their work is good. I have used them a number of times before and I have always been happy with the service I have received!

Communicative and helped get is in even though there was a scheduling issue. Ive been taking my cars here for years and have been pleased with the service.

The job was out sourced to another business. I wasnt satisfied with the job since the transmission was to be serviced but the odometer and speedometer cables were damaged. I took my car back and it was taken care of. Work was done on the exhaust system and I truly appreciate not being charged. If I have a problem with a repair, which is rare, I can count on it being taken care of.

I was visiting from out of town- I got a flat - pulled in and a gentleman helped me before I even walked into the shop. They put on spare, ordered a new tire and had it delivered to their shop the same day. They called when they got it and replaced the donut with the new tire in 5 min. Air conditioning went out on our Toyota and for first time we brought it to Norwood Auto. Matt and Potter were great. The issue was a mystery and so many trials of ordering parts and testing were involved. Due to the extent of the repair we were provided with a vehicle to use. I had the axel leaking just little so I didn’t wanna take a risk bc I was moving to Florida so I took it there, they changed the axel seal for me then the next day I found that it’s leaking again more than how it was , I took it back there then they did change it again. I drove my car to Florida and then when I got here in Florida, one week later I noticed that it still leaking again so I had to fix it here. Just to be fair, James was nice with me but the service was very bad I was just wasting my money there. I was gonna give a good review tbh until I saw so many black spots of oil in the ground.

There was a nail in my tire and the tire was leaking air. Matt stopped everything he was doing and immediately fixed the tire.Very professional service.

My battery died one block away from Norwood Auto. I left a message over the weekend and Monday morning, within 8 minutes of opening, Matt called me back to discuss the issue. They got to me within the next 20 minutes and were able to get my car started. They ran a full diagnostic and replaced my battery THE SAME DAY. Other work needs to be done to my 14 year old car and THEY will get my business.Ive been a customer for 5 years and not once have they let me down. The work they do is reliable, they are honest, they let me know what needs to be done immediately vs. what can wait, and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them!

Not sure what to say. I came within a hairs breath of dying in a vehicle that ignited in a horrible engine fire after your shop serviced my vehicle for an electrical problem. I loved you guys but something really screwed up on the last go round. I could have easily died in that incident. I also was not told the engine I was putting in my vehicle a year ago had 87,000 miles on it or I would never have spent over $4,000 replacing that engine. This was revealed to me when Honda asked for the receipt for the part because only then would I have been able to see the actual mileage on that engine replacement. I must say I am really sad and disappointed because you were the only mechanics I really trusted because you always treated us like family. After the accident I hugged Matt and sobbed because I was so TOTALLY traumatized. He saw what kind of state I was in. I almost lost everything that day. I dont even know where to go with our cars in the future. So so bummed.

I hate when I get a flat tire and have no way and nowhere to change it. I had to limp to work on it and called Matt at Norwood first thing. They were able to see me when I could be there, put on the spare so I could go back to work, got a replacement tire, and took care of putting that on my car when I was done at work. While I was waiting there for just a few minutes, Matt’s replacement - Eric I think, dealt with an onslaught of people and issues happening at the end of day quickly and professionally. I also got to pet the cutest pup pup!

Check Engine Light was on, car was sputtering. Stopped in and Potter took the information and within an hour called with a diagnosis and cost. Within 2-3 hours 6 spark plugs and ignition coils were replaced and the car was fixed.

Neighborhood shop with great staff. Had to take family to Midway airport in 45 minutes for their flight. When I discovered a slow leak from a nail in my tire. I had very limited time. They were busy at the time. I explained my situation and they helped me right away. They plugged my tire and had me done in 15 mins. I cant thank them enough for saving the day . The showed professionalism and concern for my plight. Would highly recommend them.

Very nice location, the interior is very clean. The staff was very friendly and I love the way they inspect your car and send you an email of the parts that were inspected, with pictures. Its hard to trust a mechanic but the way they do this makes it easier.A few gripes that I had... I asked if I bought my own oil and brought it in, if they would still do the oil change, they declined I like doing this because it saves me a couple of bucks and I get to keep a little extra oil on the side in case I need to top it off. Apparently its against their insurance policy, however, its the same oil they use in shop, and the jugs are sealed...Second is the time it took, luckily I live in walking distance or I would have been heated. When I dropped the car off, I was told it would take a hour maybe 1.5 tops. It took 5 hours, basically ruining my plans for the day. 5 hours to do an oil and change and brake flush... come on guys.

I stopped one time thinking I had a check engine light (had a long tired night). I quickly stopped by that night while they were busy, one of them came out to read my odb2 codes and showed they were clear and let me know it was just a maintenance light. They were quick and helpful, and didnt ask for anything for that quick stop by. Will be going there again in future for work.
