Greg was very accommodating especially when I told him that I would love to have my car back within a week. Not only did he finish way before that but also my car looks brand new!! My car looks amazing at he did it for a very reasonable price. If I ever get unlucky enough for something to happen to a car of mine again ( hopefully never) I will always take it here. He will take great care of you!

They Are the only shop in Chicago that repairs cars at 8 and sometimes 9pm. They work on every single vehicle of mine from a motorcycle, multiple diesel trucks, to my s-class Mercedes. I can remember not being able to get my electrical work fixed anywhere below 4,000 and went to them and left saving thousands literally. Wouldn’t go anywhere else great service and the prices are great. Thanks a lot guys keep up the excellent work.

Had a strange noise and vibration in my car . Took it to (2) other mechanic shops . They couldnt find the problem. Greg diagnosed my issue and had me back on the road in 90 minutes . This is the second time Ive brought my car into Auto Works . Good work at a fare $

I gave this company business and while my car was in the shop the mechanic ran a red light ticket in my car admitted that he ran it and told me he will not pay for it. Do not waste your time with this place.

Would definitely recommend their services. My car had been having trouble with an electrical issue that no other shop could figure out and they did! Been coming here many times and they are reliable, hadn’t had an issue.

They are really good fixed my car that broke down late in the day no shop could do except them they thanks a lot I was stranded they fixed it same day.

Greg was able to save me hundreds of dollars, compared to another shop who wanted to over charge me. He is looking to keep you as a customer long term. I definitely would recommend Alvarado Auto Works. Many mechanics guess, this shop will diagnosis and give you a fair price compared to other mechanic shops.

Great place, would definitely recommend it to everyone I know. They helped find and fix a weird electrical problem in my car that kept draining the battery, and also changed out the glow plugs on my truck. Would definitely come back if I have anymore diesal problems, these guys are amazing at what they do!

My friend went to fix the heating of her car and was charged $ 680 dollars, she was not given a receipt and the heating does not work, now the steering wheel makes noise when turning left or right. An absolute robbery! Do not throw your money in this place!
