Horrible experience at this body shop . Do not trust them ! Brought my Chrysler 200 to them and after $6000 + all they did was put bondo on my car and still charged insurance full price. Save your time and money and avoid them at all cost .

I don’t know where to begin so I’m start by saying this place is Wonderful. My car was damaged and I took it to Jordan by the reviews they received. They definitely did a outstanding job on my car and they communicated with me very well. When I picked up my car I wasn’t expecting them fix it correctly but, they proved me wrong. They made sure that every scratch, dent and ding was out to perfection. I most definitely will be returning back to them for any body work fixing.

Great Body shop I come here all the time I had an insurance claim and they got me my car back in about a week and a half

I brought my black Crossfire there last summer. I dont trust a lot of body shops can do a good job with black paint but had a friend with a black car who recommended Jordan to me. I was not disappointed with the results. Jimmy gave me a very fair price to do various work to get my car looking new again. He also stands behind his work. I have a wing on my car that is known to bubble with black paint, something to do with the plastic it is made out of and paint not sticking well. Well, it did start to bubble again and Jimmy wants to make it right, so Ill be bringing it back to him as soon as the weather improves. More recently I had my Escape Hybrid in his shop. Someone with very terrible insurance rear ended my car and I was not happy with the amount of money they wanted to give me to fix the bumper and the shop they used for the estimate, but Jimmy said he would do the work for the little money they gave me and also did more work on the car to make it looking new again too. Twice Ive been wowed by the quality of work and fair price. I have had quite a few details on my cars over the years and no one has done as good of an interior details as the guys did on my Escape. Mark and Jimmy are great to work with and Jordan is a place that actually does make sure customer happiness is #1. Thanks guys!

Jordan Auto Body great body shop!!! I came here on a recommendation from a friend and it was a very positive experience. They replaced my rear bumper and fender the paint matches perfectly. Definitely worth the drive for me to utilize their services when needed in the future. You can tell these guys care about the quality work they do!!!!!

Mr. Jim and his team did a terrific job repairing the finish of my (newer) car, damaged by overly-enthusiastic snow removal. They made it look brand new, all within a day and for a very reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

Wills Autobody Shop was great! Romeo and the other staff were highly knowledgeable and professional. They replaced my car light in less than 5 minutes, and even popped out a dent in the car while we were talking! I definitely recommend them, and will return here in the future!

So I picked up a Nismo 350Z, and just 2 weeks later it got keyed. I wasnt too pumped. Brought the car to Jordan based off of their google reviews, and they did an absolutely amazing job for me! Worked great with my insurance company, absolutely nailed the paint job on the affected panels, and returned the car with a completely cleaned interior, looking better than when I bought it. This place really went above and beyond for me, and I would recommend them to just about anybody. And if you are a car guy, they understand the car nerd mindset and treat you right. Thanks!

Whoa what can I say!!! I love this auto body shop. Unfortunately I’ve been hit quite a few times, in various vehicles in the city of Chicago (at least 4x). I always come to Jordan Auto body to have my vehicle repaired because I know they’ll do the job right. The last time I recently had my vehicle repaired(April 2019), they fixed my driver side view mirror for FREE! Something that was not damaged due to the recent accident I had. A job that would have costed me close to $300! I can’t thank these guys enough. Not to mention once your car is repaired back to new, you get a free detail! I’ll forever remain a loyal customer of Jordan auto body although I hope I never get into another accident again. Thanks again!!!!

I scraped the entire drivers s side of my car and received a recommendation to call Jimmy at Jordan Auto Body. He agreed to see me right away and gave me a more than fair estimate to repair my damage. His entire staff was friendly and helpful and worked really hard to repair my car. The end result was beautiful. They finished my car on time with a lifetime warranty and it looked better than when I purchased the car. They cleaned up the inside and even fixed the outside temperature gauge. (nice Touch)I was really impressed with the whole operation. Jimmy even made sure I got to work on time when I dropped my car off and had a rental car agent call me within the hour. He made the whole process easy for me. I was really happy with my experience there. I hope I dont need anymore auto body work. However, if I do, I will definitely return to Jimmy and his shop. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto body repair. Especially, if you are a busy student or always on the go, like me.

Ive had two visits with Jordans Auto Body and BOTH were 1st Class service! The first was visit was due to a side swipe. They had me in and out in less than a week. The second visit, my car was TOTALED!After 35 days of going back and forth with my insurance company to total the car out ($18K estimate to repair), they refused. 20 days from that point, my 13 Camaro SS was back together like nothing had ever happened!!!Jimmy, Rodolfo and the entire staff at Jordans Auto Body were very patient and helpful throughout the ENTIRE process. There was never a lag in communication and I always felt better after speaking with Jimmy. Time after time he said, Dont worry, well take care of you. And he backed every letter of every word of that statement up.Great Team. Great Service!!

Not only did they offer me a fair price, but they not only fixed the damage I was paying for, they also buffed and fixed some older adjacent damage for free! Recoded to everyone who is in search of honest and sufficient auto-mechanic. Very glad that I found him.Our car had an oil leak into the engine, I have no clue in car anatomy. They showed me everything, and explained what was going on. In about an hour everything was done, and car drives like new. It is my second time visiting them, and Im sure that they are doing great job. From my previous auto mechanic, whenever i come once to fix something, after the visit everything starts breaking all of the sudden in the car so i constantly had to come back. Fortunately, this is not the case with Jordan Auto Body; I feel confident driving my car now, and know that it is in hands of people you can trust to.

I took my car to Jordan Auto Body for repair after a car accident. I initially took my car to some other shop and only took pictures of my car and submitted a claim of $400 in damage. My entire front bumper and fender was smashed and there was undercarriage damage!!!Jordan Auto Body conducted a thorough assessment of my car damage and identified huge undercarriage damage. They fixed my car to new condition!!! I have a new body shop for the life of this car and any other vehicle I have going forward!!!

Really really great and honest people. I took my car in for a pre-purchase body/test drive inspection (from a dealership) as the car is used. These guys were the best. Super personable and down to earth. Went around the car. Aside from your normal wear and tear and some spots requiring touch ups, they found no structural damage and said the drive was great. They also gave legitimate opinions on the pricing of the car. They showed me auction prices. Im not going to lie here, I scored big. I paid 700-800 bucks more than auction price. Plus taxes of course. Again, a total steal. But anyways, these guys reassured me that this was a solid, must buy. Needless to say, Ive been having a blast with it. Will definitely recommend to friends and family for integrity. The other reviews vouch for their body work and if I need something done, Ill come here first. Its rare and difficult finding honest and quality and shops, especially in the city of chicago, like around downtown or in the heart. This place is a gem. Thank you, guys 🙏🏼

Someone hit my car while it was parked outside of my apartment and it dislocated my front bumper and left blinker light off of my car. I was very concerned about the rust on the bottom of my van. It seemed to spreading into the fenders and the doors like cancer. After checking out a few do-it-yourself websites, and figuring theres no way I can do this, I decided to ask a few friends about body shops that could fix this without costing more than the van.After a few conversations with some friends, I decided to check out Jordan Auto Body on Grand. Of course I checked them out first and found they had good reviews from the +Google and Yelp!. I took my van in and spoke to a guy named Jimmy who gave me a quick and thorough analysis of the problem. Then I asked the question that was going to make or break this deal . . . how much?His answer surprised me. I asked him can you do all of the stuff you just said for that price? Yes. Well I left my good friend in the hands of this shop to see what would happen. A few days later I got a call telling me my van was ready. On my way to the shop I imagined that it would LOOK repaired and painted.When I got to the shop my van was outside in the front of the shop. I couldnt believe how much different it looked. The bottom seemed brand new and the paint matched the rest of the van. Not only that they cleaned the inside of the van and detailed the outside.They even took out a few minor scratches that was very obvious on the rear lift-gate. This place easily exceeded my expectations insofar as quality of work, price and turn around time. If you got a ding, dent or major rust on your car like I had, go to Jordan Auto Body and talk to Jimmy. You will be surprised at the quality of work and the turn around time.
