Answered the phone unintelligibly, spoke briefly and was told they would call me back. Never called back. I called again to schedule an appointment. They seemed pretty iffy, so I had a bad feeling about it. The appointment time came and went. No one showed, no one called. Nothing.Not contacting them again. Good reviews are from over a year ago. Lost potential business!

Great and timely service with knowledgeable staff. As other people mentioned, they called, ordered parts, and came to fix my LG TV very quickly. From start to finish, it only took a few days. And they did a great job! I was pretty worried after reading about the reputation of different LG repair companies, but these guys are legit. Greatly appreciated!

I had D&G designated as the company to fix my LG tv which was under warranty. I had no choice on who would fix it, but I sure am glad D&G was the company to do it. Their communication was quick, and the tech was flexible in his hours to come to my house. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and live-streamed it to LG so they could order parts right away. Within a week the 75” screen came in and the next day the tech came to replace it. I had to help him carry it in and to place it down on my table - but it was not something one person could have done. I was happy to help and learn. It was super fast and the problem was fixed the first time. It was a great experience. Highly recommended!

Great who can repair you TV in no time. Also they wear clean socks if it matters for anyone. Otherwise everything they fixed works properly :D.

I witnessed some really experienced and knowledgeable working staff in D&G. They do know what theyre doing there. Few days is the longest period for repair. I mean - they are effiecient and fast. What possibly can you want more from such repair service.

Called this place and they refused to come because they wouldn’t be able to find parking and they did not want to use the public garage. What a joke!

D & G provide really professional services! My TV is really old but I wasn`t planning on changing it, so I decided to call D & G to repair it and now everything is great with no extra costs!

They do not do microelectronic repair or soldering the image is pure false advertisement.

Couldnt find the business. The address is a residential area, so I dont know if its run out of someones house or apartment.
