Very clean and professional audio installation. I had subwoofers installed on my 2019 Honda Civic and I was looking for a place that really knew what they were doing since this was my first ever expensive car. Im glad I found out about Showtime because they did a great job. They added a knob on the dashboard for adjusting the subwoofers. The amp sits under the passenger seat and is attached to a board which they installed so it doesnt damage the cars interior. The battery has an on/off kill switch on it so the amp can easily be disabled when other people are working on it. Everyone at Showtime is super nice and friendly and the staff are very knowledgeable. They stand behind their work too. I didnt know my subs could produce twice the output with a better amp so Ill definitely consider upgrading in the future. If youre looking for a clean installation, definitely check out these guys! I cannot begin to express the great work that, Jerry and his shop did to my vehicle...It was great working with Jerry and his team...The amount of detail that goes in to the work they did on my truck is incredible...The entire staff is so friendly...From the front of the business to the end of the business...I spoke to, Nydia (I think) and she was just a delight speaking to...She made everything concise and clear...In addition, Showtime practices Covid-19 safety protocols...I was very pleased seeing that as well...In the first pic you can see the radar detector was directly powered to the review mirror which makes it better than having to take it in and out of the vehicle... Absolutely clean work and so much more convenient...Now as you can see in another pic they changed the stock headlight bulbs out to L.E.D bulbs (6000k)...They came out great and I can see much better at night, which is obviously a safety issue that Jerry addressed...Now the icing on the cake--- the CUSTOM made L.E.D Cadillac emblems (Front and back) on an all new black grille...They look awesome at night as you can see...IMO that took craftsmanship that only Jerry/Showtime could provide...I mean just look at them...SICK...I have received compliments on them from, Chicago to Oklahoma to Arizona...They came out fantastic...It wasnt something that I thought was possible, but Jerry made it work and work it does...Thanks...

Just a follow up business review. I had some subwoofers and a remote start installed a few years ago for a very reasonable price. I was impressed with the experience. I have since moved out of Chicago. Recently I had some technical issues with the remote start. I called Jerry who advised me with to how to get it fixed. Excellent dude! I wish more places were like this.

Very professional. I was extremely impressed by their customer service. I recently had a new touchscreen installed in my car. Everything went well and the touchscreen looks fantastic. However, I had a small issue afterwards with my gps not picking up a good signal. They were attentive and took care of the issue quickly. Im very happy with my new installation, and will definitely be coming back in the future for any electrical automotive upgrades.

First of all, Jerry and his team are the friendliest people ever! I feel like a family member when I walk in and am ALWAYS warmly greeted by everyone. Second, Jerry is just the MAN! He always takes the time to explain to me what hes doing, step by step, and make sure that I feel comfortable and leave feeling fully satisfied. I havent had any major work done there, but did get some sound deadener installed for my insane system (2 12 JL Audio W6s in High Output boxes). Ive been back multiple times to address rattling issues and he always goes above and beyond to ensure that Im happy before I drive away. Most recently, he built out custom grills for the rear deck speakers (the OEM ones were plastic and rattling like a MF). These beautiful grills not only look amazing but also come equipped with the capability to be bolted to the rear deck; hence, no more rattling :). I havent purchased any equipment from Showtime, but will definitely do so the next time that I need something. Ive recommended Jerry to my friends that want to upgrade their car stereos and wouldnt hesitate to do so again. I would give Jerry and Showtime Audio 6 out of 5 stars if it were a possibility! Im from Detroit and was looking for authorized installers of ALP laser shifter systems, turns out that theyre far and few between, so I chose Showtime because of their stellar reviews. Jerry spent lots of time on the phone with me to explain and plan a laser/radar setup that would work well for me. The job took 2 days and worked out even better than my wildest dreams! They have no problem installing any car accessories interior and exterior whether purchased in store or out.I personally had a power kit installed with two headrest DVD monitors. Had my detector hard wired and my jammers installed in my Jag F-Type here. Cant say enough good things about the team here and the work they do. I was worried about the difficulty of the install in this car and they did an awesome job. Looks like a factory install. Jerry is the man! The audio went out in my 2006 Honda Accord that’s been paid off forever & is my daily driver. Best Buy couldn’t figure it out, Honda wasn’t sure but Jerry figured it out that there was a short to one of my rear speakers, fixed it & got the tunes back up & running. Jerry coulda charged me a ton of money & I’d have never known the difference but he didn’t. He also got the Bluetooth working & he & his entire team couldn’t have been better. My wife has a 2009 Honda Pilot- I searched the internet, as well as the big box stores trying to find a double DIN DVD/GPS head unit that would work with her car. Everything came back as recommending single DIN only, with a mechanized fold out screen, which is exactly what I did not want. the owner of Showtime, Jerry, never even hesitated is stating that it was completely possible to do what I was asking for. When I arrived at the showroom, he warned me that it would be about 4-5 hours to complete the job, due to the extra work that would be required. However, 2.5 hours later, I was driving away with a new system that looked to be completely stock, and rocked the house like no other. I was so impressed with Jerry and his team that I am now working with them to completely redo the entire interior of my 2006 F250. Entirely satisfied, and highly recommend Showtime Audio!

Fantastic service. I had a a headphone pin broken inside my auxiliary jack. Its 2007 Toyota Yaris, so just a basic commuter car and I didnt want to buy a radio just so i could listen to my iPhone. Eric looked at it and within 5 minutes he had replaced it and I was out the door.Because I parked behind the shop I got to walk through the garage and past all the cars they were working on. Really nice work. I highly recommend them.

All I can say is that these people ripped me off 100%. I paid 300$ to have their high end ipod integration set up in my car. It worked about half the time for almost a month and then completely stopped working. The installation also managed to disconnect half the speakers in my car.When I had a separate professional take a look at the installation, he mentioned they sold me a cheap system that was clearly corrupted from the start and was certainly USED. The guy felt so bad I got so worked over that he actually reconnected my speakers for free. He said he has never seen such shotty work for such a simple install.ALSO - He managed to properly install and set up a better system... for 150$Want to get ripped off? Choose these guys.

Well were to start.... 1 year ago I brought a Toyota Prius C in I wanted to have the factory speakers upgraded to Alpine and 1 subwoofer. With a Rockford amp. They charged me $280! Now thats not what I am calling bad. 4 months later I noticed my cars speakers was shifting. like I would only hear it from the back and then I would stop and only hear it in the front. Then one sounded like it was rattling from the get go. So I decided this year to upgrade my stuff and I bought some nice JBLs and a car shop closer to me offered to do it for cheap since I see them everyday. So I drop off my car 10 min later I get a phone call and they ask who installed it I tell them and he says can you come over and look at this. I get there my rivets are blown out they didnt put the speaker frame around the speaker they just screwed 2 of the 3 screws in and one speaker was setting inside the door hole. I call Showtime and ask them about there warranty and they said ( WE DONT HAVE ANY GARRANTY WE DONT STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCT. ) if YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE PICS RESPOND AND I WILL SHOW YOU WHAT THESE CLOWN SHOES DID!
